An arrangement for inductively transmitting energy for charging an energy storage device of a rail vehicle. A first induction element transfers energy to a second induction element. An inverter with an adjustable AC voltage frequency provides an AC voltage to the first induction element. A controller controls the AC voltage frequency of the inverter. A measuring device ascertains a power output value during the wireless energy transmission and transmits the value to the controller and the controller adjusts AC voltage frequency of the inverter downward from an upper threshold until a pre-specified power output value is set while energy is being transmitted. The first induction element is paired with a track for rail traffic. The system and a method are also described for inductively transmitting energy for charging an energy storage device of a rail vehicle.

The invention relates to a device for supplying power to measuring sensors and transmitting a synchronous clock signal thereto, in particular, for a low-voltage switchgear, with a power supply unit () whose output signals are transmitted to the measuring sensors via transformers providing the isolation. The invention relates to a variable transformer comprising at least one primary winding and at least one secondary winding which can be rotated in relation thereto. The primary winding and the secondary winding are subdivided into at least two winding sections. The winding sections interlock in a comb-like manner and the flow of current of directly opposite winding sections is directed in the respective opposite direction.

Exemplary embodiments of the invention relate to a switched-mode power supply arrangement containing two or more switched-mode power supply transformers (Tto TN), the primary windings (Pto PN) of the switched-mode power supply transformers (Tto TN) being connected electrically in series, an output voltage regulator (ARto AR) being connected to each of the secondary windings (Sto SN) of the switched-mode power supply transformers (Tto TN), and the series circuit comprising the primary windings (Pto PN) being connected to the output of an AC source (WQ).
