A gearing unit for a drive assembly includes a gearing device for converting a drive torque of the drive assembly. The gearing device includes an input shaft, and the input shaft defines a main axis. A gearing housing defines an accommodation space and houses the gearing device in the accommodation space. A venting device is mounted on the gearing housing and extends through the gearing housing to the accommodation space. The venting device is arranged coaxially with the main axis and on an axial end face of the input shaft.

Gearing unit for a drive assembly and method for mounting the gearing unit

A shifting device () for the powertrain of a motor vehicle, including a control shaft () for adjusting a control element (), the control shaft () has a first sub-section () which can be driven by an actuator () and a second sub-section () which is designed to adjust the control element (). The first sub-section () is rotatably mounted relative to the second sub-section (). A spring element (), via which a torque of the first sub-section () can be transmitted to the second sub-section (), is provided between the two sub-sections ().

Shifting device

A shifting device for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, includes a housing which a first and a second drive shaft are rotatably mounted. The first and second drive shafts are arranged coaxially to one another such that they have a common axis of rotation. The shifting device also includes a shiftable clutch device which is arranged between the first and the second drive shaft. The clutch device has an open shift position in which the first drive shaft is freely rotatable with respect to the second drive shaft, and the clutch device has a closed shift position in which the first drive shaft is connected non-rotatably by the clutch device to the second drive shaft. A control element is displaceable in the direction of the axis of rotation of the drive shafts and, depending on its displacement position, shifts the clutch device to the open or closed shift position. The control element is formed by a sliding sleeve which surrounds at least one of the two drive shafts, and a gear element is provided on an outer circumference of the sliding sleeve.

During operation of a wet-running gearbox, vapours and/or air can arise in a housing of the gearbox, which can increase an internal pressure in the housing and thus can influence the operating safety of the gearbox. The problem addressed by the invention is that of creating a gearing unit, which is distinguished by an advantageous arrangement of a venting device. To this end, a gearing unitfor a drive assembly is specified having: a gearing devicefor converting a drive torque of the drive assembly, the gearing devicehaving an input shaft, and the input shaftdefining a main axis H; a gearing housingfor accommodating the gearing device, the gearing housingdefining an accommodation spacefor the gearing device; and a venting devicefor venting the accommodation space, the venting devicebeing mounted on the gearing housing, wherein the venting deviceis arranged coaxially with the main axis H and on an axial end face of the input shaft

A park lock gear assembly for a transmission unit of a vehicle includes a transmission shaft, a park lock gear arranged on the transmission shaft, a housing unit of a motor unit and a bearing assembly. The housing unit has a portion extending parallel to the transmission shaft and adjacent to the park lock gear, and the bearing assembly is disposed between the park lock gear and the portion of the housing unit. The bearing assembly may be arranged with a radial clearance between the park lock gear and the portion of the housing unit. The bearing assembly may be arranged on the portion of the housing unit with the radial clearance between the bearing assembly and the park lock gear.

Park lock gear assembly for a transmission unit of a vehicle

A shifting group for a drive train of a motor vehicle for coupling and decoupling a drive shaft of a drive train as required, with an actuator for actuating a blocking element, a selector rod and a selector fork which is connected to the selector rod. The first drive shaft and the second drive shaft are arranged coaxially with respect to one another, the blocking element blocks an axial displacement of the selector rod in a first switching position and enables said axial displacement in a second switching position, the selector fork engages into a groove of one of the drive shafts, an actuation of the shifting group brings about an axial displacement of a drive shaft, and a clutch between the first drive shaft and the second drive shaft is opened or closed by way of the axial displacement of the selector fork.

A differential () includes pinion gears (), a drive wheel (), and at least one cover (), wherein: the outside of the drive wheel () has toothing () extending circumferentially around an axis of rotation () and the inside of the drive wheel is provided with bearing points (); the pinion gears () are mounted on the bearing points () in the drive wheel (); and the differential () is closed on at least one side by the at least one cover ().

A planetary gear train which includes a planet carrier having at least one radial wall with pin bores formed therein, planetary gear pins that are seated in said pin bores on at least one end, planetary gears that are arranged on the planetary gear pins, and a ring gear that is attached to the radial wall and dimensioned such as to rise radially above an inner enveloping circle of the pin bores. The radial wall carrying an annular collar and the ring gear is axially secured to the annular collar.

A motor vehicle parking lock includes a locking pawl, an actuator shaft, a pawl actuating element and a crank mechanism. The locking pawl is pivotable about a first rotational axis and includes a pawl tooth configured for engagement in a recess of a locking tooth system in a positively locking manner. The actuator shaft is rotatable about a second rotational axis to actuate the locking pawl and reversibly bring the pawl tooth into engagement with the recess. The pawl actuating element is linearly moveable along a translation axis to pivot the locking pawl. The crank mechanism converts rotary motion of the actuator shaft into linear motion of the pawl actuating element. The crank mechanism includes a connecting rod with an articulation point at the pawl actuating element, and a joint that connects the connecting rod and a crank. The joint is arranged between the pawl tooth and the articulation point.
