Vacuum insulation body

The present invention relates to an apparatus for the vacuum-tight leading of an electric line through a high barrier film. The apparatus comprises a hollow pipehaving a collarprojecting therefrom; a high barrier filmhaving a passage holethrough which the hollow piperuns; and a pressing elementthat is arranged at the side of the high barrier filmthat is remote from the collar, and that urges the high barrier filmtoward the collar, with the high barrier filmbeing arranged between the collarof the hollow pipeand the pressing element. The apparatus is furthermore characterized in that an electric line runs in the hollow pipethat leads from the one side of the high barrier filmto the other side and in that a sealant is present in the hollow pipefor the vacuum-tight closing of the hollow pipe. It is thereby possible to provide an inexpensive electric leadthrough via which larger powers can also be transferred through a high barrier film with low loss and in a diffusion-tight manner.

Vacuum-tight through-film bushing

The present invention relates to a method of applying a film to a body. In this respect, a film is first applied to and positioned at a transfer mold and the body to be film coated is introduced into the transfer mold to which the film to be attached is applied or the transfer mold to which the film to be attached is applied is introduced into the body to be film coated so that the film is located between the body and the transfer mold. In the further course, a vacuum is applied in a region between the body and the film and/or an excess pressure is applied in a region between the transfer mold and the film so that the film moves from the transfer mold onto the body. A particularly simple method that is fast to be carried out is thereby provided for applying a film to a surface.

Method for applying a film onto a body

The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation body with at least one vacuum-tight casing and with at least one vacuum region which is surrounded by the casing, wherein the casing is provided with at least one opening, in particular with at least one evacuation port, for evacuating the vacuum region, and wherein in the vacuum insulation body at least one adsorbent material is disposed, which partly or entirely is arranged in the region of said opening, wherein around the opening and within the vacuum range at least one plate is arranged, which forms a wall of the space in which the adsorbent material is disposed.

Evacuated sheet material for thermal insulation

A vacuum insulated panel comprises a filler and a vacuum-tight high-barrier film envelope, with an air-permeable sheet element that serves as a filter material for dust, wherein the sheet element consists of the same material as the sealing layer of the high-barrier film enveloping the vacuum insulated panel and passes through the sealing seams of the high-barrier film, and to a method for producing such a vacuum insulated panel, wherein the sheet element, in the form of a strip preferably folded along a central axis, is placed between two sealing films and is thermally adhesively bonded to the inwardly disposed sealing layers of the sealing films such that a joint is formed between the two sealing films which are sealed together by means of a respective seam on each of perpendicular sides, the strip-shaped sheet element being co-sealed into the seams.

Vacuum insulation board and method for producing the same

The invention relates to a method for producing an especially panel-shaped vacuum insulation element which is wrapped in a film and is filled with a powder. According to the method, the unmolded, loose powder is filled, particularly poured, into the opening of a bag which is formed from a high-barrier film and is open on one side. A filter material that is permeable to air and impermeable to powder dust is fixed to the internal face of the film bag in the area of the opening of the filled film bag such that the interior of the bag is closed in a dust-tight manner while air can still be discharged. The interior of the dust-tightly closed film bag is then evacuated and the evacuated film bag is air-tightly closed in a vacuum.
