The present invention relates to high-voltage components, especially for electromobility, comprising polymer compositions based on at least one polyester and 10,10'-oxybis-12H-phthaloperin-12-one, and to the use of 10,10′-oxybis-12H-phthaloperin-12-one for production of polyester-based products, with the proviso of a color difference ΔE<20 from the L*a*b* coordinates of a color number beginning with '2' in the RAL color chart, and to the use of 10,10′-oxybis-12H-phthaloperin-12-one for marking of polyester-based products as high-voltage components.

High voltage components

The present invention relates to flame retardant polyamide-based compositions or moulding materials and to articles of manufacture of the electricals or electronics industries producible therefrom, in particular charging components, containing at least one polyamide, aluminium oxide, magnesium hydroxide and at least one organic epoxide.

Polyamide compositions

The present invention relates to high-voltage components, in particular for electromobility, containing polymer compositions based on at least one polyamide and 10,10'-oxybis-12H-phthaloperin-12-one, and to the use of 10,10′-oxybis-12H-phthaloperin-12-one for marking polyamide-based articles of manufacture as high-voltage components.

Compositions and products formed thereof are based on glass fiber-reinforced polyamide admixed with at least one secondary aromatic amine, at least one phosphinic acid derivative and bis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphate in amounts to improve ageing behavior in the form of improved preservation of the elongation at break and impact toughness, improved color preservation or improved color stability, and simultaneously improved UV stability after thermal ageing by comparison with products based on glass fiber-reinforced polyamide with such a mixture.

Polyamide-based products

Polymer compositions, such as polyamide-based compositions, include melamine cyanurate, nepheline syenite, and glass fibres.

Polymer compositions

A flame-retardant single-, or multi-layered, fiber-matrix semi-finished product has a polyamide-based fiber-matrix that includes at least one organic phosphinic acid salt and/or a diphosphinic acid salt. A process for the production thereof includes impregnating a fiber ply, or plies, and consolidating the ply or plies into a composite.

Fibre-matrix semifinished product

Flame resistant compositions based on nylon-6 (PA 6) or nylon-6,6 (PA 66) may include melamine cyanurate, titanium dioxide, glass fibers, and non-fibrous and non-foamed ground glass having a specific particle size distribution, geometry and optionally sizing. Methods for producing the composition are also provided, as well as use of the compositions for production of products for the electrical industry, preferably electrical components such as residual current circuit breakers and other circuit breakers.

Polyamides, such as polyamide compositions based on nylon-6 (PA 6) or nylon-6,6 (PA 66) and including melamine cyanurate, natural quartz powder, and glass fibers have improved heat resistance, flame retardancy, and isotropic shrinkage characteristics.

Flame resistant compositions may include compositions of nylon-6 (PA 6) or nylon-6,6 (PA 66) and melamine cyanurate, glass beads and glass fibers, and the compositions may be produced and used for production of products for the electrical industry, preferably electrical components, such as residual current circuit breakers and other circuit breakers.

The present invention relates to thermoplastic moulding compositions comprising unbranched, thermoplastic polyamide, a phosphinic or diphosphinic salt, a nitrogen-containing flame retardant combination and also at least one oxygen-containing, nitrogen-containing or sulphur-containing metal compound and also to the production and the use of the inventive moulding compositions for production of fibres, of foils and of mouldings of any type.

Halogen free flame-retardant thermoplastic moulding compositions based on polyamide with increased glow-wire resistance

This invention relates to thermoplastic moulding compositions with improved flowability based on a thermoplastic polycarbonate and on a copolymer of at least one olefin with at least one methacrylic ester or acrylic ester of an aliphatic alcohol, where the MFI of the copolymer is no less than 100 g/10 min, to a process for preparation of these moulding compositions, and also to the use of these moulding compositions for production of mouldings for the electrical industry, electronics industry, telecommunications industry, motor vehicle industry, or computer industry, in sports, in medicine, in households, or in the entertainment industry.

Moulding compositions based on a thermoplastic polycarbonate

This invention relates to thermoplastic molding compositions with improved flowabilty based on a thermoplastic polyamide and on a copolymer composed of at least one olefin with at least one methacrylic ester or acrylic ester of an aliphatic alcohol, the MFI of the copolymer being not less than 50 g/10 min, and to a process for preparation of these molding compositions, and also to the use of the these molding compositions, for production of moldings for the electrical, electronics, telecommunications, motor vehicle, or computer industry, in sports, in medicine, in the household or in the entertainment industry.

Polyamide molding compositions with improved flowability

Molding compositions based on a thermoplastic polyester with improved flowability

A flame resistant poly(ester)carbonate composition is disclosed. The composition contains at least one phosphorus-silicon compound, the compound has a phosphorus content of 1 to 20% and a silicon content of 1 to 20%, and is characterized in that its weight loss (assessed by thermogravimetric analysis under nitrogen inert gas at a heating rate of 20&#xb0; K/min,) at 280&#xb0; C. is less than 30%. The preferred phosphorus-silicon compound is produced by thermal oligomerization from phosphorylated silanes.
