The invention relates to a method for producing components of a tilting-pad bearing (), wherein: the tilting-pad bearing () has an outer ring () and multiple tilting pads () preferably arranged at regular angular intervals about a longitudinal axis () of the outer ring (); the tilting pads () are pivotably mounted with an outer surface () about a pitch line () on an inner surface () of the outer ring (); and a blank () in the form a cylinder portion () having a constant wall thickness is used to produce the tilting pads () from a tilting pad ring () or to produce the outer ring (). The invention is characterised in that: a radial force (F) acting in the direction of the longitudinal axis () is applied to the cylinder portion () at multiple clamping points () in the region of its outer periphery (), said radial forces (F) elastically deforming the cylinder portion (); an inner bore () having a round cross-section is subsequently produced on the inner surface () of the elastically deformed cylinder portion (); and subsequently the radial clamping of the cylinder portion () is stopped.

Tilting-pad bearing

A tilting-pad bearing () includes a sleeve (), a plurality of tilting pads (), which are arranged in the sleeve (), wherein an associated spring element () is provided between the sleeve () and each tilting pad (), wherein the spring element () has at least two sections having a stiffness of different magnitude as a result of varying the thickness of the cross-section () of the spring element () in the width direction and/or longitudinal direction of the spring element ().

A foil segment bearing comprises a bearing backing with a through opening. A shaft is arranged in the through opening such that a gap exists between the shaft and the bearing backing. The foil segment bearing also has at least one first bearing segment and one second bearing segment with respective inner surfaces. Each of the respective inner surfaces defines a bearing surface with an adjustable circumference. The bearing segments are arranged in the bearing backing at a distance from the shaft such that a gap exists between the shaft and the bearing segments. The invention relates to an injection device (), designed in particular for injecting fluid into an exhaust tract of an internal combustion engine, having a valve needle (), an injection chamber () having at least one injection opening (), and a control chamber (). Injection device for introducing a urea solution into the exhaust tract of an internal combustion engine

The invention relates to an injection device, in particular for injecting fluid into an exhaust tract of an internal combustion engine, having a valve unit which comprises a valve needle, an injection chamber having at least one injection opening, and a control chamber, wherein the injection device is designed so that a pressure differential between the injection chamber and the control chamber brings about a displacement of the valve needle between an open position in which the valve needle releases a fluid flow through the injection opening, and a closed position in which the valve needle closes off the injection opening. The injection device also has a pump unit integrated in the injection device. The pump unit is designed so as to draw in fluid from the fluid inlet during operation and to provide said fluid to the valve unit under increased pressure.
