A stator for an electric drive unit, in particular an electric motor, and to a method for the production thereof. The stator for the electric drive unit comprises a stator core having at least one stator pole; a stator winding which forms all coils from a continuous winding wire; at least one insulating cap, on which a plurality of contact receiving pockets are arranged for receiving the winding wire; a number of deflection domes which are distributed on the outer lateral surface of the cap; and wire guiding contours at the outer lateral surface of the insulting cap for spacing the winding wire; wherein the plurality of contact receiving pockets each have a receiving region for the winding wire which has a different design, and wherein the plurality of contact receiving pockets comprise at least one deflection balcony.

Stator for an electric drive unit and method for producing a stator for an electric drive unit

A permanent magnet rotor of an electric motor, includes a laminated core having magnet pockets, the laminated core being composed of two partial laminated cores. A plurality of permanent magnets are held in a force-fitting manner in magnet pockets of the laminated core, the magnets extending over both partial laminated cores. Sheet metal tongues, which maintain the force fit of the permanent magnets, are deflected in the first partial laminated core in a first axial direction and in the second partial laminated core in a second axial direction opposite to the first direction, wherein the partial laminated cores consist of stamped metal sheets and the permanent magnets are pressed into the magnet pockets in the stamping direction.

An exterior vehicle camera is disclosed for monitoring an operating area of a vehicle comprising a camera housing with a camera module having a camera electronics, and camera optics carried within the housing. A recording opening is formed in the camera housing facing toward a recording direction. A transparent recording window covers the recording opening, and is disposed adjacent a recording end of the camera optics. The camera housing and the recording window are formed from plastic materials having sufficiently identical thermal characteristics so that formation of condensation is reduced within the housing at the recording window.
