A shower jet generating device for a sanitary shower head has a jet disk that delimits a fluid chamber on the outlet side and has at least one jet disk opening. A fluid outlet element is disposed on the at least one jet disk opening and is movable in an axial main direction component, which element includes a movable valve body having a fluid outlet opening issuing from the fluid chamber. The fluid outlet opening is unblocked in an unblocking position of the fluid outlet element and is blocked in a blocking position of the fluid outlet element in response to a fluid pressure in the fluid chamber. The movable valve body cooperates with an unmovable valve seat which unblocks the fluid outlet opening in the unblocking position of the fluid outlet element and blocks it in a blocking position of the fluid outlet element.

Proposed is a fitting main body in which are arranged receptacles for the connections of the sanitary fitting to the water line, receptacles for a thermostat valve and a flow-rate regulating valve, and all water channels. The water channels are formed at least in part as flat ducts open towards one side of the fitting main body, wherein the longitudinal direction of the cross section through the flat ducts runs perpendicular to the side of the fitting main body. The ducts are closed off by a cover which is connected to the fitting main body. As a result, that part of the sanitary fitting which comprises all of the water channels is composed of the fitting main body and a cover.

The invention relates to a jet outlet element for a sanitary fitting which allows outlet of a defined gushing jet from the sanitary fitting. The sanitary outlet element is configured as a flat element having two compartments, a water inlet compartment and a water outlet compartment. A narrowed section is interposed between the two compartments and accommodates a flow rectifier. Said flow rectifier rectifies the as yet non-directional flow of the water in the inlet compartment and guides it in a controlled manner to the outlet compartment from where it emerges through the slotted outlet opening.
