A variable-angle vortex generator () installed in an intake pipe () of an internal combustion engine includes a shaft seat (), a plurality of vanes () and a position restoring mechanism (). Each vane () is arranged radially with an interval apart from each other and pivotally coupled to the shaft seat () and each vane () has a movable end () at an edge of the vane (). The position restoring mechanism () is installed at the shaft seat () and includes a synchronizing element () for connecting each movable end (). Each vane () is pushed by a fluid to produce a swing movement and let the fluid in the intake pipe () form a smooth vortex.
