A cooling device including a housing frame, a heat exchanger, an electrically drivable fan unit, a control unit, and a sensor unit. The housing frame can be disposed on a first surface of the heat exchanger. The fan unit is configured so that, during operation of the fan unit, a first air flow is produced toward the first surface of the heat exchanger. The fan unit is accommodated in a recess of the housing frame. The housing frame has at least one air channel having an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening, the air channel being formed parallel to the first surface of the heat exchanger, allowing a second air flow to pass through the air channel along the first surface. A measured quantity is recorded by the sensor unit, and the fan unit is driven by the control unit as a function of the recorded measured quantity.

Cooling device

A device which is designed to detect surroundings and which includes a housing and a sensor situated within the housing. The housing includes a transmitter/receiver window, through which the corresponding sensor signals may be emitted into the surroundings by the sensor, and/or sensor signals from the surroundings may be received. The device includes a cover, the cover being designed to be transparent to the sensor signals, and the cover being designed to cover the transmitter/receiver window against exterior surroundings of the device. The device includes a cleaning unit, which is situated at an outside of the housing and is movable relative to the housing using a drive unit. The cleaning unit is designed to remove contaminants from the cover. The cleaning unit includes at least one first nozzle to spray a cleaning liquid onto the cover, and at least one second nozzle to blow a gas onto the cover.

Device designed to detect surroundings and method for cleaning a cover of a device of this type

A device for cleaning at least a partial region of a housing surface. The device includes a first structure having an outer surface and an inner surface, the outer surface being situated opposite to the inner surface, the inner surface being able to be disposed on the partial region of the housing surface, and a second structure having an outer surface and an inner surface, the outer surface of the second structure being situated opposite to the inner surface of the second structure, wherein the inner surface of the second structure is disposed on the outer surface of the first structure, the first structure being deformable along a first axis by a fluid which is able to be conducted between the first structure and the second structure and the second structure being movable along a second axis, the second axis being disposed perpendicular to the first axis.

Device and method for cleaning a partial region of a housing surface

An enclosure for an optoelectronic sensor. The enclosure includes a thermodynamically open first chamber; a thermodynamically closed second chamber; and a rotor extending from the first chamber into the second chamber. The rotor includes a shaft part in the second chamber coaxial to the rotational axis of the rotor. The shaft part mounts an optoelectronic sensor device. The rotor includes a head part in the first chamber coaxial to the rotational axis of the rotor. A heat dissipation fan is fixedly arranged on and surrounds the head part. The head part and the fan are rotatably and thermally coupled to the shaft part to rotate simultaneously with the shaft part. The rotor transfers heat over the shaft part from the second chamber to the head part and the fan dissipates the transferred heat to an environment.

Enclosure for an optoelectronic sensor and lidar sensor

A cleaning unit for cleaning foreign matter from a cover, in particular a cover of a transmitter/receiver window of an environment sensor, including at least one movable wiper blade, which is arranged so as to wipe off foreign matter such as water or dirt on the cover by movement along the cover. For this purpose, the wiper blade touches the cover for example with one or multiple rubber lips. The wiper blade is positioned in an inclined manner with respect to a direction of movement of the wiper blade and is thus movable in such a way that a force exerted by the moved wiper blade on the foreign matter has a component in the direction of the force of gravity. Also described is a related device for sensing the environment as well as a method for cleaning a cover.
