A resource node has application modules that are functionally interconnected by an application management proxy node to one another and/or to application modules of another resource node to provide combined functionality to a user. The resource node includes a plurality of the application modules and an application agent. Each of the application modules controls the resource node to provide corresponding defined functionality. The application agent communicates with the application management proxy node to establish functional interconnections between two or more of the application modules of the resource node and/or between at least one of the application modules of the resource node and at least one of the application modules of the other resource node. The application agent translates communication traffic to provide compatible communications between the application modules that are functionality interconnected. A method and a network node for obtaining a required latency for transmissions between a wireless device and a controller node are disclosed. The network node receives at least one parameter relating to a context of at least one of the wireless device and the controller node. The parameter is detectable by a set of sensor modules. The network node determines, based on the parameter, the required latency for the transmissions. The context comprises one or more of: a surrounding of the at least one of the wireless device and the controller node; an operational ability of the at least one of the wireless device and the controller node; and a sensitivity of operation of the at least one of the wireless device and the controller node. The surrounding, operational ability and/or the sensitivity is/are detectable by at least one sensor module of the set of sensor modules.

Methods and network node for obtaining a required latency for transmissions

A method and monitoring center for monitoring occurrence of events in a monitored area, where a monitoring equipment displays information that reflects sensor data reported from sensors in the monitored area. When the monitoring center detects an abnormal event, it identifies a set of sensors which are potentially impacted by the event, and triggers the sensors to enter a vigilance state of elevated operation and to deliver enhanced sensor data. Further, a representation of the abnormal event is auto-zoomed on the monitoring equipment based on the enhanced sensor data from the sensors to increase resolution of the displayed representation.

There is provided verification of network activity/usage data between a user equipment and a service provider server. The verification is performed in the service provider server. A first set of network activity/usage data for a user account is acquired from a user equipment. A second set of network activity/usage data for the user account is acquired from a subscription account of the user account. It is determined if a second post in the second set of network activity/usage data is related to a first post in the first set of network activity/usage data. If so, first data of the first post is compared to second data of the second post. The second post is updated with the first data in a case the first data does not match the second data.

According to exemplary embodiments, networked object management software, devices, systems and methods are described which use social mapping principles to streamline interactions between users and their networked objects, as well as between the networked objects themselves. Friendship relationships are established, by a network management system, between a plurality of the networked objects, each of the plurality of networked objects being associated with a use. When the network management system receives a task request, it can then assign the requested task to one of the plurality of networked objects which has a capability to perform the requested task and which also has an established friendship relationship with the user.

A resource management node is disclosed that manages a plurality of resource nodes connected to at least one network. The resource management node includes a system entity database, an interaction flow database, and an interaction execution engine. A method, system, user equipment and computer program for predicting presence of a mobile user equipment, that includes: determining a set of time-distributed locations of a number of mutually associated mobile user equipments; calculating an aggregated location as a function of a location distribution of the set of locations; for each mobile user equipment, predicting a probability that the mobile user equipment will be present at the aggregated location at a future time; and initiating sending, to any of the mobile user equipments, a message indicating that another mobile user equipment of the mobile user equipments is predicted to be present at the aggregated location at a specific future time.
