An accumulator arrangement for a hybrid or electric vehicle may include a plurality of battery cells stacked in a stacking direction to form at least one battery block, and a housing including a support frame limiting the housing towards an outside on four sides. The support frame may include at least two longitudinal members and at least two cross members perpendicularly aligned with one another. At least one longitudinal member of the at least two longitudinal members may be configured to conduct a coolant. The at least one battery block may abut against at least one of (i) the at least one longitudinal member and (ii) at least one of the at least two cross members to transfer heat. A plurality of connection points of the at least one longitudinal member, through which the coolant is flowable, may be configured on an outside of the support frame.

Accumulator arrangement

An air-conditioning system comprises a channel system, a system conveying device positioned in the channel system and configured to convey air in the channel system, a sensor device comprising at least one analysis channel and configured to measure a characteristic of air flowing through the at least one analysis channel, and a suction jet pump comprising a motive-fluid inlet, a suction inlet, and a pump outlet. The system conveying device separates a suction area of the channel system arranged upstream of the system conveying device from a pressure area of the channel system arranged downstream from the system conveying device, and the sensor device further comprises a sensor outlet configured to release air from the sensor device. The motive-fluid inlet is fluidically connected to the pressure area via a suction jet branch-off point within the channel system, and the suction inlet is fluidically connected to the sensor outlet.

Motor vehicle air-conditioning system

An accumulator arrangement for a hybrid or electric vehicle includes a plurality of battery cells which are stacked in a stacking direction to form at least one battery block. The at least one battery block is arranged in a housing of the accumulator arrangement. A cooling device includes a cooling plate arranged on one side on the battery block and extending parallel to the stacking direction. On the at least one cooling plate at least one cover plate with at least one cooling channel through which a coolant can flow is secured, facing away from the at least one battery block. The cooling plate forms an outer contour of the fluid-tight housing. The at least one cooling channel of the cover plate is open towards the at least one cooling plate and is closed by the at least one cooling plate.

An air-conditioning unit of a vehicle for air-conditioning a vehicle interior may include a unit outlet for discharging air into the vehicle interior, an outside-air duct for an intake of outside air, and an air recirculation duct for recirculation of inside air from the vehicle interior. The air-conditioning unit may also include an outside-air shut-off element arranged in the outside-air duct, which in a closed position blocks a flow of outside air through the outside-air duct, and a recirculated-air shut-off element arranged in the air recirculation duct, which in a closed position blocks a flow of inside air through the air recirculation duct. The air-conditioning unit may further include a sensor device for detecting a property of air. On at least one duct of the outside-air duct and the recirculation duct, a bypass may be arranged which bypasses an associated shut-off element and is fluidically connected to the sensor device.

Air-conditioning unit of a vehicle

A temperature control apparatus for the temperature control of an electrical power supply unit may include a cooling device, at least one heating device, and a heat transfer component. The heat transfer component may provide a thermal coupling for the cooling device and the at least one heating device. The cooling device, the at least one heating device, and the heat transfer component may be thermally coupled to each other and stacked one on top of the other in a stacking direction. The cooling device may include at least one fluid path through which a fluid is flowable. The at least one heating device may include at least one electrical heating element arranged between an electrically conductive first contact plate and an electrically conductive second contact plate. The heat transfer component may also include a first side that faces the first contact plate and includes at least one recess.

Temperature control apparatus for the temperature control of an electric power supply unit

A temperature control device for tempering of a battery may include a cooling device configured to be flowed through by a coolant for cooling the battery, an electric heating module configured to heat the battery and a heat transmission component configured to thermally couple the cooling device and the electric heating module to the battery. The battery may be temperature-controlled. The heat transmission component may have a recess. An electric heating module may be received in the recess and may be secured to the heat transmission component via an adhesive connection. The recess may be arranged on a first side comprising one of an upper side or underside of the heat transmission component. The electric heating module may be received in the recess and may terminate flush with the first side. The cooling device may lie in a planar manner against the first side of the heat transmission component.

Temperature control device for tempering a battery

A temperature control device for temperature controlling a battery of a vehicle may include a housing defining a housing interior. The housing may include a housing bottom and a housing lid. A plurality of tubular bodies may be arranged in the housing interior adjacent to one another for a coolant to flow therethrough. A heating device may also be disposed within the housing interior and may include, on each of a lower side facing the housing bottom and on a top side facing the housing lid, a lower or an upper electrical contact plate for connecting the electric heating device to an electric source of energy. An electrical insulation may be disposed between the housing bottom and a lower electrical contact plate. The electric heating device and the electrical insulation may be formed as a heating module unit. The heating module unit may be installed into the housing as a unitary component to the housing.

Temperature control device for temperature controlling a battery

A heating and cooling apparatus for a battery may include a base plate in which at least one fluid path for flowing-through of at least one of a coolant and a refrigerant is provided. At least one support part may be provided, in which in each case at least one electrical heating element is provided that is thermally coupled to the base plate. The heating and cooling apparatus may include a cover plate. The base plate, the at least one support part and the cover plate may be arranged adjacent to one another along a stack direction.

Heating and cooling apparatus for a battery

The invention relates to a heat exchanger for a battery unit, comprising coolant-conducting tubes which end at both sides in in each case one collector, wherein each collector is connected to at least one tube and a potential equalization element for electrical potential equalization connects at least one collector to a housing of the battery. To produce potential equalization between the heat exchanger and a battery housing in as inexpensive a manner as possible, the potential equalization element and the collector are formed in one piece.

Heat exchanger for a battery unit

A heating and cooling device for a battery may include an electrically conductive base plate for thermal coupling to the battery. The base plate may include at least one fluid path for flowing through by a coolant. The device may include a carrier plate of an electrically non-conductive material, into which at least one electric heating element may be inserted. The carrier plate may be connected electrically with the electrically conductive base plate. An electrically conductive cover plate may be connected electrically with the electric heating element. The base plate, the carrier plate and the cover plate may be stacked on one another along a stacking direction.
