A fiber composite body, in particular a structure stiffening element, has a number of struts which are formed by reinforcing fibers which are embedded in a polymer matrix and which in a region of the respective strut run substantially parallel to one another. The struts are arranged in a truss-like profiled structure which is produced by winding or intertwining the reinforcing fibers.

A fiber-reinforced plastics component includes a component plastics body, which defines at least parts of a plastics component, and at least one fiber-reinforced rod. The component plastics body is formed at least partially from plastics foam and at least partially surrounds the at least one fiber-reinforced rod in positively locking fashion.

A snap-together fastening device includes a holding element and an actuating element. The holding element has one or more fixing arms that are actuatable from a mounting position into a fixing position. The actuating element is pluggable into an opening of the holding element, and has a top end and a bottom end. The actuating element deflects, in its position in which it is plugged into the holding element, at least one fixing arm into a fixing position. In its position in which it is plugged into the holding element an outermost edge of the actuating element, that is in the region of the top end, contacts an inner surface of the at least one fixing arm.
