An anti-friction lacquer has a resin matrix of a polymer and functional fillers containing mixed-phase oxides having a specified grinding hardness and proportion and optionally contain further functional fillers. A sliding element is also disclosed having a metallic substrate layer and a coating applied to the substrate that is made of at least in part of the anti-friction.

The invention relates to an imide polymer-based solid film lubricant, a method for producing same, a sliding element comprising same and the use thereof. According to the method, difunctional or cyclized difunctional compounds and optionally functional fillers are added to a non-imidized or partly imidized polyamide acid prepolymer or an imidized short-chain blocked prepolymer in a solvent or solvent mixture and then, depending on the prepolymer, a polymerization reaction or an imidization reaction and in both cases a crosslinking reaction is carried out. The solid film lubricant comprises an imide polymer as the resin matrix and optionally functional fillers, the molecules of the imide polymer comprising groups (R) of the difunctional compounds that additionally contribute to the crosslinking.

Solid film lubricant, method for producing same, sliding element comprising same and use thereof

The invention relates to an anti-friction lacquer having a polymer as a resin matrix and functional fillers, the functional fillers containing mixed-phase oxides and optionally further functional fillers. The invention further relates to a sliding element having a metallic substrate layer and a coating which is applied thereon and made of at least such an anti-friction lacquer and to a method for the production thereof.

A sliding element with one substrate and at least one layer of a sliding layer material applied to the substrate is described. The sliding layer material can consist of a sliding coating with at least one cross-linkable bonding agent or at least one high-melting thermoplastic material or which consists of a material with a matrix of at least one high-melting thermoplastic material or at least one duroplastic material. This sliding layer material contains FeOwith a preferred proportion 0.1 to 15% by volume.

Sliding element

The invention relates to a sliding element with a substrate and at least one layer of a sliding layer material applied onto the substrate. The sliding layer material can consist of an antifriction lacquer comprising at least one cross-linkable binder or at least one high-melting thermoplast material or of a material that contains a matrix of at last one high-melting thermoplast material or at least one duroplast material. Said sliding layer material contains FeOwith a preferred fraction of 0.1 to 15 vol. %.

The invention relates to a method for producing a metal base material that is provided with a sliding layer that has a thickness of more then 50 &#x3bc;m, said base material being used as a sliding element. According to the invention, the base material is coated with a paste of the sliding layer material that contains at least one high-temperature polymer in addition to a fluoropolymer, and the base material so coated is subjected to a thermal treatment. The past applied to the base material contains as the fluoropolymer between 40% by volume and 75% by volume polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) or polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) with other fluoropolymers added and between 60% by volume and 25% by volume of the at least one high-temperature polymer, each based on the entire composition of the finished sliding layer. The high-temperature polymer used is selected from those high-temperature polymers whose melting pint is not below 327&#xb0; C., if they are mainly crystalline, or whose glass transition temperature is not below 327&#xb0; C., if they are mainly amorphous.
