A surgical retracting device includes a linking element and support element, characterized in that the linking element is a thread () and in that support element () includes a first and second face and at least three holes in which the thread passes through (), the support element () and thread () being connected by a first knot () on the first face (A) and by a second knot () on the second face (B). A process for manufacturing the aforementioned device is also described. The device is useful in surgical operations for retaining or retracting biological or synthetic tissue, in particular during mini-invasive operations.

Implantation device for implanting a prosthesis () in a vessel (), including a balloon () and a dilation catheter () for supplying fluid to the balloon (), the dilation catheter () having a proximal end, a distal end () and a distal part designed to be introduced into the vessel (), characterized in that the distal part includes a bend () and also an upstream portion () and a downstream portion () that are contiguous to the bend and that are arranged between the bend and, respectively, the proximal end and the distal end ().

Device for implanting a vascular prosthesis

A device for delivering a plug () in a vessel of a human or animal body, includes an inserter provided with a guiding channel () and elements for urging the plug into the channel (), characterized in that the channel () is adapted for radially compressing the plug during the displacement thereof towards the distal end of the channel (). The compression of the plug () is carried out only a few seconds before its placement while respecting the integrity thereof. The elasticity characteristics of the plug () are thus fully preserved. The present device can be used in open surgery or endoscopy, mainly in vascular surgery.
