A sensor device, particularly for maritime applications, includes a housing () with a pressure connection () leading to a pressure sensor () that transmits measurement data using a transmission device (), and with at least one closeable passage opening () for connecting the surroundings to at least parts () of the housing interior in which the pressure sensor () is arranged. The pressure sensor () is surrounded by an incompressible medium that is separated from the surroundings by an elastically-yielding, media-tight separating arrangement ().

Sensor device particularly for maritime applications

A fluid processing apparatus having a housing (), which at least substantially seals a fluid chamber fluid chamber () from the external environment. At least one sensor device () provides information regarding the state of the fluid located in the fluid chamber (), such as pressure, moisture level, temperature or viscosity and/or provides information regarding the motion of a separating element () that can be moved within the fluid chamber (). At least one component () of the sensor device can be included as an interchangeable, modular component in a part () of the housing () such that the component () has an inlet () to the fluid located in the fluid chamber ().

Fluid processing apparatus

A system for damping the reflection wave at the open end () of a magnetostrictive sensor system has at least one magnet device () movable relative to a measuring wire () that can be deflected mechanically and that experiences a deflection under the influence of a current pulse (). The deflection can then be processed by a signal device (). The system has at least one damping part () lying against the measuring wire () by a sleeve-shaped enclosure (). The sleeve-shaped enclosure () can be deformed from an expanded initial state intended for attaching the sleeve-shaped enclosure to the damping element (), to a constricted functional state that exerts a clamping force on the damping element (). The method is characterized in that the sleeve-shaped enclosure () is constricted to an increasing extend from the end () of the sleeve-shaped enclosure adjacent to the signal device () to the other end (') so that the tubular damping element () is likewise pressed into a conical contour. At least the conical contour of the sleeve-shaped enclosure () is continuous and without interruption.

System for damping the reflection wave at the open end of a magnetostrictive sensor system

System determines the position of a control element of an electrically driven actuator. The actuator may be switched on by a controlled switch when a lower threshold value is reached and may be switched off when an upper threshold value is reached. An on-period and an off-period are determined as a function of the lower threshold value, the upper threshold value, and the electric switching behavior of the actuator depending on the position of the control element. From the on-period and the off-period, the position of the control element are determined from a comparison of the quotient of the on-period or off-period and the sum of the on-period and off-period, and from a comparison of the sum of the on-period and the off-period with corresponding stored reference data. The system includes accompanying circuitry for application of the process, and an accompanying device, in particular a hydraulic valve.

System for determining positions of a control element of an electrically driven actuator

A solenoid valve includes an operating magnet which controls movement of an armature against the effect of a valve spring, which armature in turn controls the movement of a valve member connected with the armature by a sliding connection. The armature has a control member which can be introduced into a coil with an exciter winding. The coil is part of an electronic circuit provided for control of the cross section of the fluid flow passage of the valve.
