Handheld power tool

A cell connector structure is provided for a rechargeable battery pack that supplies electrical drive power to an electrically driven gardening and/or forestry work appliance. The cell connector structure has: a plurality of cell connectors, wherein the cell connectors are designed for electrically connecting rechargeable battery cells, at least one cell connector element, wherein the cell connectors and the at least one cell connector element are designed for being arranged on one another and for being secured against becoming detached from one another, a plurality of voltage tap elements, wherein the voltage tap elements have voltage tap cables, wherein the voltage tap cables are designed for being electrically connected to the cell connectors, and at least one tap element body, wherein the voltage tap elements and the at least one tap element body are designed for being arranged on another and for being secured against becoming detached from one another. The at least one cell connector element with the cell connectors and the at least one tap element body with the voltage tap elements are designed for being mechanically connected to one another.

Cell connector structure, rechargeable battery pack and gardening and/or forestry work system

A construction for a battery pack has: a temperature sensor with a sensor head, wherein the sensor head measures a temperature of at least one battery cell via a sensor element and a number of sensor cables contiguous to the sensor head; an assembly body, defining a head disposal region for disposing the sensor head and a cable disposal region contiguous to the head disposal region for disposing a cable portion of the number of sensor cables. The assembly body has a head securing element with a cable conduit. A conduit width of the cable conduit is larger than or equal to a cable width of the disposed cable portion and smaller than a head width of the disposed sensor head such that the head securing element is configured for securing in a form-fitting manner the sensor head disposed in the head disposal region in relation to a movement in the direction of the cable disposal region. The assembly body has a cable securing element. The cable securing element is configured for securing the sensor head disposed in the head disposal region in relation to a movement out of the head disposal region. A cell holder element and the assembly body together with the temperature sensor are configured for mechanically connecting to one another.

Construction, rechargeable battery pack, and garden and/or forest tending system

A first actuating element acts on a blocking device for an operator-controlled element for controlling the drive motor. In an enabled position of the blocking device, the operator-controlled element is enabled to control the drive motor. In a blocking position the blocking device mechanically blocks any actuation of the operator-controlled element. The first element acts on the blocking device via a transfer unit. In an actuated position of a second actuating element, the transfer unit establishes an operative connection between the first element and the blocking device, such that the blocking device is in the enabled position in the actuated position of the first element and is in the blocking position in the non-actuated position of the first element. In the non-actuated position of the second actuating element, the transfer unit is ineffective so that the blocking device is in the blocking position regardless of the first element's position.

Handheld work apparatus

A rechargeable battery pack supplies electrical drive power to an electrically driven machining device. The rechargeable battery pack has: a plurality of rechargeable battery cells, wherein the rechargeable battery cells each have cell contacts; a housing, wherein the rechargeable battery cells are arranged within the housing; and a potting compound, wherein the potting compound protects the cell contacts from contact with water from outside the housing. The housing has a housing top part and a housing bottom part. The housing bottom part overlaps the housing top part such that the housing top part defines an outer region and an inner region of the housing bottom part for the potting compound. A casting level of the potting compound in the outer region is above a casting level of the potting compound in the inner region.

Rechargeable battery pack, machining system and method for producing a rechargeable battery pack

A cell holder structure for holding a plurality of battery cells includes a holder base part and a holder cover part forming an array of cell-receiving spaces and cell intermediate spaces lying inbetween. The holder base part has one or more base side cell supporting pillars extending axially from a base plane of the holder base part into cell intermediate spaces and has a circumferential side securing wall region abutting in an axially and radially position securing manner against a circumferential surface of battery cells to be accommodated in the cell receiving spaces, and/or the holder cover part has one or more cover side cell-supporting pillars which extend axially from a cover plane of the holder cover part into the cell intermediate spaces and have a circumferential side securing wall region abutting in an axially and radially position securing manner against a circumferential surface of the rechargeable battery cells.

Cell holder structure for holding rechargeable battery cells

A rechargeable battery pack has a cell block. The cell block has a plurality of rechargeable battery cells, wherein at least some of the rechargeable battery cells are physically arranged consecutively from a first cell block end of the cell block in at least a first direction to a second cell block end of the cell block and are electrically connected in series. The battery pack includes an electronics unit, wherein the electronics unit has a measurement electronics part.

Rechargeable battery pack and gardening and/or forestry work system

A battery pack coupling system for mechanically and/or electrically coupling a battery pack optionally to a harness device or to a manually operated electrical device includes a mechanical backpack coupling interface at the battery pack for the releasable mechanical coupling to a corresponding mechanical battery pack-backpack coupling interface at the harness device and/or an electrical coupling interface at the battery pack and an electrical connecting line with a connecting plug body at the end which can be releasably coupled to the electrical coupling interface. The battery pack coupling system has a mechanical device coupling interface at the battery pack, different from the mechanical backpack coupling interface, for the releasable mechanical coupling to a corresponding mechanical battery pack-device coupling interface at the electrical device and/or a plug fastening mechanism through which the connecting plug body can be fastened releasably to the harness device.

Battery pack coupling system

A harness for a battery pack that can be worn on the back and that supplies electrical energy to hand-held electrical tools includes a support base and a support strap unit for the support base, as well as a holding device for releasably holding a battery pack in a support position on the support base. The holding device has a docking mechanism on the support base for pivotably docking the battery pack in a docking position, and a securing mechanism on the support base for securing the battery pack in the support position pivoted in towards the support base with respect to the docking position. The docking mechanism is arranged on a lower region of the support base.

Harness

A rechargeable battery pack includes an external housing with a housing base and a housing hood, connected to the housing base and surrounding an interior space, and a rechargeable battery cell block arranged in the interior space. The battery pack has a water discharge structure for discharging water contained in the interior space and/or water entering the external housing from the outside. The water discharge structure has, on one side of the external housing, a double-labyrinth wall structure which is open to liquid. An outer labyrinth wall structure is formed by overlapping respectively of an outer side wall of the housing base and housing hood. An inner labyrinth wall structure, which is arranged offset in relation to the outer labyrinth wall structure in the direction of the interior space, is formed by overlapping respectively of an inner side wall of the housing base and housing hood.

Rechargeable battery pack

A harness has a support base and a support strap unit for the support base, and a holding device for releasably holding a battery pack in a support position on the support base. The holding device has a docking mechanism on the support base for pivotably docking the battery pack in a docking position, and a securing mechanism for securing the battery pack in the support position pivoted in towards the support base with respect to the docking position. The docking mechanism is arranged on a lower region of the support base, and the securing mechanism has a securing slide which is arranged displaceably on the support base between a release position and a securing position and has a securing hook, or a securing lever which is arranged pivotably on the support base between a release position and a securing position and has a securing bow. The securing hook or securing bow is designed to engage securely behind a corresponding mating securing element of the battery pack in the support position.

A handheld work apparatus has an electric motor for driving a tool. A function module is to be connected to a battery pack via electrical contacts, there being provided an electrical operating switch, for putting the electric motor into operation, which is coupled to an actuating element of the handheld work apparatus. The electric motor is put into operation upon a command of the operating switch, via a control unit. To constitute the function module, provision is made to dispose the electrical contacts, the control unit and the operating switch on a common carrier. The carrier has a first side that faces toward the battery pack, and at least one second side that faces away from the battery pack. The electrical contacts are provided on the first side of the carrier, while the operating switch is held on the second side of the carrier.

Handheld work apparatus having an electric motor

A handheld work apparatus has a device for starting an electric drive motor via an actuating element which can be displaced in a handle counter to an actuating force and acts on a transmission element. The transmission element is shiftable from a rest position into an operating range, wherein the transmission element actuates a switching element and starts the motor. For shifting from the rest position into an end position, a shift force is applied. The shift force forms at least a portion of the actuating force. To keep the actuating force low after the motor is switched on, the displacement path of the transmission element is divided into a first segment and a second segment which includes the operating range. The shift force to be applied to the transmission element rises on the first segment of the path and, after a maximum, decreases on the second segment.

Handheld work apparatus having a device for starting an electric drive motor

An electrical plug connection is for electrically connecting a power source in a releasable manner to an electrical work apparatus. The plug connection includes at least one first electrical line for the purpose of transmitting electrical power and at least one second electrical line for the purpose of transmitting signals. The plug connection includes a plug with a plug body and one or more first plug contacts and a plug socket with first contact sockets, wherein the plug contacts of the first electrical line are arranged within the plug body. The plug contact of the second electrical line is in the form of an external contact in the region of an outer contour of the plug body, wherein a mating contact of the plug socket is associated with the external contact of the plug body. The external contact and the mating contact form a latching connection.
