The combustion system for implementing the process has a combustion grate, hoppers below the combustion grate for supplying primary combustion gas through the grate and nozzles that lead into the furnace above the combustion grate to supply secondary combustion gas. At least one extraction duct for flue gas is provided at the rear end of the furnace above the combustion grate. This duct is connected to the suction side of a fan. The pressure side is connected to nozzles arranged in the upper area of the flue gas pass. The nozzle height allows the flue gases a residence time of at least 1 second after secondary gas is supplied.

Method for supplying combustion gas in incineration systems

In the process for treating incineration residues from waste incineration plants, the incineration material is incinerated on a furnace grate. The incineration residues produced are quenched in a wet slag remover and conveyed out of the latter. The wet incineration residues which come out of the wet slag remover are firstly divided into two fractions by means of a screening operation, after which the main fraction is washed with water taken from the wet slag remover, and in the process adhering fine pieces are separated off. The washed pieces of the incineration residues are fed for reuse. The washing water together with the ultra fine pieces which have been taken up during the washing operation pass into the wet slag remover. The fine fraction produced during the mechanical separation operation is fed back to the incineration operation.

Process for treating incineration residues from an incineration plant

Incineration is controlled in such a way that a sintering and/or fusing of the slag takes place as early as in the incineration bed of the main incineration zone. The incineration residues produced are quenched in a wet slag remover and conveyed out of the latter. The wet incineration residues which come out of the wet slag remover are firstly divided into two fractions by means of a screening operation, after which the main fraction is washed with water taken from the wet slag remover, and in the process adhering fine pieces are separated off. The washed pieces of the incineration residues are fed for reuse. The washing water together with the ultra fine pieces which have been taken up during the washing operation pass into the wet slag remover. The fine fraction produced during the mechanical separation operation is fed back to the incineration operation.

In a process for influencing the properties of incineration residues from an incineration plant, in particular a waste incineration plant, the incineration is controlled sot that a sintering and/or fusing of the slag takes place as earl as in the incineration bed of the main incineration zone, and as yet unsintered or unfused incineration residues are separated off at the end of the incineration operation and fed back to the incineration operation.

Process for influencing the properties of incineration residues from an incineration plant

A seat cover (1) is shown for protecting a motor vehicle seat (26), the seat cover being made from an at least double-layered piece of plastic, in particular for the single use in car workshops, comprising a front layer (7) extending over and protecting the seating (28) and the backrest surface (30) of the seat (26) and a rear layer (8) connected with the front layer by transverse welding (9, 19) and together with the front layer (7) forming a backrest pocket (6) for the reception of at least a part of the backrest (29) and forming a seat pocket (5) for the reception of at least a part of the seat cushion (27). The rear layer (8) forming part of the seat pocket (5) comprises a protecting strip (12) in U-form formed by a cutout (11) and surrounding the sides of the seat cushion (27), and the part of the front layer (7) adapted to the gap (33) between the backrest (29) and the seat cushion (27) comprises at both sides a protecting element (17) each to cover the link regions (32) of the seat (26).

A method for burning fuels, particularly garbage, in incinerators with a stoker grate, for which the primary air is supplied below the stoker grate into the fuel layer and the secondary air is supplied above the fuel layer, is controlled in such a way that the intensity of the combustion of the fuel on the stoker grate is increased by increasing the oxygen content of the primary air and the intensity of the combustion in the secondary combustion zone is choked by decreasing the oxygen content in the secondary air. Flue gas, preferably from the combustion process, is recirculated in order to reduce the oxygen content of the secondary air.

Burning fuels, particularly for incinerating garbage

To carry out a process for regulating individual factors or all factors influencing combustion on a furnace grate, a radar device is provided primarily. This radar device serves to detect the three-dimensional distribution of the fuel mass on at least one preferred region of the grate. In addition, an infrared camera is provided for supplying information on the burn-up behavior of the fuel located on the grate. By using the measured quantities obtained from these two devices, control variables may be derived within a regulating unit for influencing the grate speed, the charging device, the amount and composition of supplied primary air, the amount and composition of supplied secondary air, the speed of the ash roller and the temperature of the air preheating device so that the furnace performance can be adapted to the steam output requirement. In addition to improving the fuel burn-up on the grate, it is also possible to influence the exhaust gas in an advantageous manner, for instance, with respect to the formation of unburned gas components and nitrogen oxides.

Process for regulating individual factors or all factors influencing

The invention relates to a method of making flange half shells and flanges made therefrom, whereby an optimum arrangement of the flanges should be obtained with respect to their use, for this purpose the flange half shells (1) are held together by means of clamps (2), whereby the clamps (2) engage into associated suitable slots (3) which are provided in the flange half shells (1). Furthermore, the flange half shells are extruded from a strand and therefore obtain a hardness which is adapted to the hardness of the mounting screws.
