A medicament container for a syringe or carpule has a base body surrounding an interior at least in sections. The base body has a central axis and a proximal opening. An end plug is arranged in the interior such that the end plug in the interior is displaceable along the central axis and separates a first proximal region of the interior from a second distal region of the interior. A plug securing part is at least partially insertable into the second region through the proximal opening. When inserted into the interior, the plug securing part is arranged closer to the proximal opening than the end plug and is fixedly held in the interior by the positive and/or non-positive connection at least in a holding area.

A closure piece for a powder syringe is proposed, having a main body, a sealing element, which is disposed on the main body such that it rests in a sealing manner against a distal opening of a powder syringe, when the closure piece is disposed in the closing position thereof on the powder syringe, and a channel, which passes through the main body and the sealing element and has a proximal and a distal end. The closure piece is characterized by a retaining element, which is configured and/or can be disposed such that, prior to an activation of the powder syringe, any powder from a chamber of the powder syringe is at least substantially, preferably completely, prevented from penetrating the channel, when the closure piece is disposed in the closing position thereof on the powder syringe.

A closure piece for a powder syringe has a main body and a sealing element. The sealing element is disposed on the main body such that it rests in a sealing manner against a distal opening of a powder syringe when the closure piece is disposed in the closing position thereof on the powder syringe. A channel passes through the main body and the sealing element and has a proximal and a distal end. The closure piece includes a retaining element configured and/or disposed such that, prior to an activation of the powder syringe, any powder from a chamber of the powder syringe is at least substantially prevented from penetrating the channel when the closure piece is disposed in the closing position thereof on the powder syringe.

The invention relates to a syringe closure for a syringe having a basic body, a terminal extension that extends from the basic body, which has a free end and a base arranged on the basic body. A recess is provided on the extension at a distance from its free end. The syringe closure for closing off the syringe can be attached in such a way on its extension via its free end that the syringe closure overlaps at least one recess of the extension. The syringe closure is characterized by a locking device having at least one locking element, which assumes a release position in a first functional position after the attachment of the syringe closure on the extension, and ensures a positive engagement with at least one recess on the extension in a second functional position, the locking position, and thus lockingly holds the syringe closure on the extension.

A syringe or carpule includes a cylinder that surrounds a cavity and comprises an end that has an access to the cavity, membrane seals the access and has a puncture area that can be punctured by a needle. A two-part cap has a predetermined breaking line and spans the membrane. A cover device covers the puncture area of the membrane in a sterile manner and comprises a sealing area spanning the puncture area. The sealing area covers the puncture area in a sterile manner regardless of axial forces to be applied in the area of the predetermined breaking line.

The invention relates to an attachment for a syringe or cartridge having a cannula, wherein the attachment comprises a sealing element, which is molded onto the cannula.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide an x-ray device that is simple to construct and can be inexpensively produced. This object is achieved by the proposed x-ray device for examining syringe caps having a cannula and having the features that is an x-ray source, an x-ray detector, and a holder. The x-ray device is characterized in that the syringe cap is arranged in the beam path so that its longitudinal axis coincides with the main axis of the beam path. The syringe cap is thus impinged from above and from below with x-rays, in order to examine the position of the cannula.

A prefilled medical syringe includes a syringe barrel. A syringe plunger is disposed in the barrel and displaceable by means of a plunger rod. An end plug closes off a cannula side of the syringe barrel. The plug is provided with a through-channel closed off by a membrane. A finger support is disposed at the end of the syringe barrel opposite the end plug and provided with a through-opening for the plunger rod. A thread system cooperates with the plunger rod and the finger support. The thread system includes a thread sleeve detachably connected with the finger support. The thread sleeve is provided with an inner thread that cooperates with an outer thread on the plunger rod.
