An electric switching device includes first and second switch contact pieces. The first switch contact piece has a guide portion. The first switch contact piece is connected to an actuating unit or drive device by a kinematic chain. The guide portion of the first switch contact piece is guided on a guide path. The guide portion and the guide path each have a contact or bearing surface and at least one of the contact or bearing surfaces is convexly curved.

Electrical switching device

The invention relates to an interrupter arrangement () having a switching tube () comprising a switch gas outlet opening (). The switching tube () is connected to a coupling section () of a drive rod () in the region of the switch gas outlet opening (). The coupling section () is protected from switch gasses emitted from the switch gas outlet opening () by means of a shield ().

Interrupter arrangement having a movable switching tube

An electrical switching device, especially a high-voltage circuit breaker, contains arcing contacts and nominal current contacts. At least one of the nominal current contacts has a surface formed of an arc-resistant material provided with a galvanic coating. In this configuration, the contact points can withstand high mechanical and thermal loads and at the same time maintain a high current carrying capacity.

Switching device

A high-voltage circuit breaker that has a grounded enclosure and an interrupter module arranged in the grounded enclosure. The interrupter module has short pipe connections and bushings mounted on them to accommodate connecting leads. The current converters are arranged on the bushings. The insulation body of the bushing passes through the current converters along their entire length with respect to the longitudinal direction of the respective connecting lead.
