A centrifugal compressor includes a rotary shaft having a plurality of impellers and a casing having an intermediate discharge port. The casing has a plurality of diaphragms, an external casing, a return flow path that guides a flow direction of a working fluid to an inner side in a radial direction, and an intermediate scroll that guides part of the working fluid discharged from the impeller in an intermediate stage to the intermediate discharge port. The intermediate scroll has a scroll flow path formed on a second side in the axial direction with respect to the return flow path, and an introduction portion connecting the return flow path and the scroll flow path, and an outer flow path forming surface of the scroll flow path is formed by a casing inner peripheral surface facing an inner side of the external casing in the radial direction.

Centrifugal compressor

The impeller of a rotating machine according to at least one embodiment of the present discloser is provided with: a disc; a cover disposed on an opposite side of a radial passage from the disc in an axial direction; and a blade disposed between the disc and the cover. In a dimensionless position along a camber line of the blade when the position of a leading edge of the blade is defined as 0 and the position of a trailing edge of the blade is defined as 1, a position where an angle difference between a first blade angle at a disc-side end portion of the blade and a second blade angle at a cover-side end portion of the blade is maximum is in a range of 0.5 or more and 1 or less. The first blade angle is &#x2212;10 degrees or more and 0 degrees or less at the position where the angle difference is maximum.

A centrifugal compressor includes: an impeller fixed on an outer periphery of a rotary shaft; a diffuser disposed at a radially outer side of the impeller; a casing accommodating the impeller and the diffuser; a scroll flow passage connected to an outlet of the diffuser, the scroll flow passage being formed into a scroll shape by a scroll inner peripheral wall and a scroll outer peripheral wall positioned at a radially outer side of the scroll inner peripheral wall; and a discharge pipe connected to the casing so as to form a discharge flow passage for guiding a fluid from the scroll flow passage to outside of the casing. The scroll inner peripheral wall is positioned at an inner side, in a radial direction, of the outlet of the diffuser, and the discharge pipe includes an inner wall surface which has a radially inner region.

A centrifugal compressor includes an impeller, a return channel including a return vane for guiding a main stream of a fluid to be compressed by the impeller from an outer side of a main shaft of the impeller in a radial direction toward an inner side, stages of compressor units connected to a downstream side of the return channel and including a first bent channel for changing the main stream to a direction along the main shaft, and an intermediate suction channel connected to the return channel in at least one of the compressor units to merge a suctioned fluid to the main stream. The intermediate suction channel includes a chamber having a scroll shape and passing the suctioned fluid therethrough, and an inlet guide vane for guiding the suctioned fluid. The inlet guide vane is integrated with the return vane in the connected return channel.

A compressor includes a rotation shaft that is capable of rotating around a main axis, an impeller provided integrally with the rotation shaft, a casing that covers the impeller from an outer circumferential side and forms a flow path through which a working fluid circulates, a discharge scroll that is provided at an end of the flow path on a downstream side and extends in a spiral shape around the main axis, a discharge nozzle that communicates with the discharge scroll on the downstream side and extends from the discharge scroll in a tangent direction around the main axis, and a pressure loss body that has a plate shape extending in a direction orthogonal to an axis of the discharge nozzle extending in a radial direction orthogonal to the main axis and is capable of blocking a part of a flow path cross-section of the discharge nozzle.

Compressor

A turbine-cooling system of a gas turbine system includes a first intra-vane flow passage defined in a first stator vane so as to penetrate the first stator vane in a radial direction, a second intra-vane flow passage defined in a second stator vane so as to penetrate the second stator vane in the radial direction, an intra-rotation-shaft flow passage connecting the first intra-vane flow passage and the second intra-vane flow passage in a rotation shaft, an extra-turbine flow passage connecting the first intra-vane flow passage and the second intra-vane flow passage, a boost compressor configured to make cooling air flow sequentially through the first intra-vane flow passage, the intra-rotation-shaft flow passage, the second intra-vane flow passage, and the extra-turbine flow passage, and a cooling unit configured to cool the cooling air.

Gas turbine system

A gas turbine includes a compressor; a combustor; a turbine configured to drive a rotational shaft of the compressor using combustion gas generated by the combustor; a cooling device configured to generate cooling air by bleeding compressed air from the compressor and cooling the compressed air, and to supply the cooling air to the turbine along the rotational shaft; a pressurizing device configured to increase pressure of the cooling air; a pressurizing device diffuser configured to provide a passage continuing in a turbine circumferential direction, on the outer side in the turbine radial direction to guide the cooling air having the increased pressure to the outer side of the pressurizing device; and a manifold disposed between the pressurizing device diffuser and a plurality of turbine vanes so that a ring-shaped passage communicates with the passage in the pressurizing device diffuser and a cooling passage provided inside each turbine vane.

An impeller includes a plurality of pressurizing flow paths defined by a hub, a shroud, and vanes, the pressurizing flow paths being configured to cause fluid to flow in from a shaft direction of a turbine shaft, and cause the fluid to flow out toward an outer side in a radial direction of the turbine shaft, and the pressurizing flow paths being arranged in a row in a circumferential direction of the turbine shaft. Each of the pressurizing flow paths is a through hole having an inlet and an outlet and penetrating from the inlet to the outlet in a linear manner. The inlet is on an end surface of the impeller in the shaft direction of the turbine shaft. The outlet is on an outer circumferential surface of the impeller on an outer side in the radial direction of the turbine shaft.

What is provided is a method of manufacturing a centrifugal rotary machine including: a fixing step Sof fixing a return vane body having a virtual airfoil curved forward in a rotation direction of a rotation shaft as it goes inward in a radial direction and formed by a pressure surface recessed forward in the rotation direction and a negative pressure surface protruding forward in the rotation direction onto a guide flow path; and a cutting step Sof forming a cut surface by cutting a portion including an inner radial end portion of the return vane body from the pressure surface to the negative pressure surface.

Method of manufacturing centrifugal rotary machine and centrifugal rotary machine

This diffuser vane (), of which a blade height direction is aligned with an axial direction, has an airfoil shape in cross section orthogonal to the blade height direction, and comprises a body which, starting from a leading edge at the end on the radially inner side toward the radially outer side, extends toward the front side in an impeller rotating direction (R) and reaches a trailing edge at the end on the radially outer side. In the body of the diffuser vane, the turning angle of a shroud-side blade shape (S) that is the airfoil of an end face on one side in the axial direction is different from the turning angle of a hub-side blade shape (H) that is the airfoil of an end face on the other side in the axial direction. The airfoils form a transition continuously between the shroud-side blade shape and the hub-side blade shape. The turning angle of the hub-side blade shape is smaller than the turning angle of the shroud-side blade shape.

Diffuser vane and centrifugal compressor

An impeller includes a disk formed in a disk shape about an axis, and a plurality of blades provided at intervals in a circumferential direction on one side in the axial direction of the disk. The blades define a flow path extending from one side in the axial direction toward a radial outer side and include a low-rigidity region and a high-rigidity region. The low-rigidity region has an inlet, an outlet of the extending region of the flow path, a relatively small plate thickness, and has a relatively small inclination angle with respect to the disk. The high-rigidity region adjacent to the low-rigidity region has a relatively large plate thickness, and a relatively large inclination angle with respect to the disk.

A rotary machine includes an impeller. The impeller includes a discoid disk that rotates about an axis line, blades disposed circumferentially at intervals on a surface of the disk facing one side in a direction of the axial line and that form a flow path therebetween that extends radially outward from one side in the direction of the axial line, and a cover that covers the blades from a radially outer side. The rotary machine further includes a casing that covers the impeller from the radially outer side and forms a gap between the casing and an outer surface of the cover; a seal portion provided in the gap; and a lid member.

Rotary machine

A rotary machine includes a guide section formed in an annular flow path in communication with a suction volute at an inner circumferential side of the suction volute, at which a plurality of vanes are installed in a circumferential direction, and configured to guide a fluid introduced from the suction volute, and an impeller connected to the guide section in the axial direction and into which the fluid guided by the guide section is introduced. The suction volute has an annular opening section in communication with the guide section at the inner circumferential side, and an inner wall surface extending from the opening section toward the axial direction of the impeller in the axial direction to increase a width dimension in the axial direction and connected to a partition section at an opposite side of the suction nozzle.

An impeller of a rotary machine, in which the direction of flow changes from an axial direction to a radial direction as it goes from the inside in the radial direction of a fluid flow passage to the outside in the radial direction thereof, includes a hub surface constituting at least a portion of the fluid flow passage. The impeller also includes a blade surface constituting at least a portion of the fluid flow passage, and a bulge that bulges toward the inside of the fluid flow passage at a corner where a pressure surface, which configures the blade surface, comes in contact with the hub surface in the vicinity of an inlet of the fluid flow passage.
