The present disclosure relates to a temperature sensor provided in a display driver circuit and an operating method thereof. Disclosed is a temperature sensor provided in a display driver circuit including: a reference voltage generating unit configured to output a set reference voltage; a proportional voltage generating unit configured to output a proportional voltage proportional to a temperature of the circuit; a comparison unit configured to output a flag voltage by comparing magnitudes of the reference voltage and the proportional voltage; and a sensor control unit configured to control the reference voltage generating unit and the proportional voltage generating unit.

Temperature sensor for display driver circuit and operating method thereof

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a display device includes a substrate in which a plurality of sub pixels having different areas is defined; a plurality of light emitting elements each on a corresponding one of the plurality of sub pixels and includes an anode and a cathode; a first anode reset line which is connected to some of the plurality of sub pixels and outputs a first anode reset voltage to anodes of the some of the plurality of sub pixels; and a second anode reset line which is connected to remaining sub pixels of the plurality of sub pixels and outputs a second anode reset voltage to anodes of the remaining sub pixels. Accordingly, according to the present disclosure, different anode reset voltages are applied according to areas of the plurality of sub pixels so that the voltage deviation and the color variation of the anode according to the areas of the plurality of sub pixels may be reduced.

Display device

A display device may include an active area including a first area having a special-form portion and a second area not having a special-form portion and a bezel area including a third area close to the first area and having a special-form portion and a fourth area close to the second area and not having a special-form portion. Furthermore, the display device may include a first power supply electrode positioned in the third area of the bezel area, a semiconductor pattern positioned in the third area of the bezel area and overlapping the first power supply electrode, and a plurality of dummy gate lines positioned between the semiconductor pattern and the first power supply electrode and overlapping the semiconductor pattern to form a first compensation capacitance and overlapping the first power supply electrode to form a second compensation capacitance.

An electroluminescent display apparatus includes a plurality of unit circuits, each of the plurality of unit circuits including a connection electrode and a driving thin film transistor (TFT), the connection electrode of each of the plurality of unit circuits electrically connected to a gate electrode of the driving TFT included in the unit circuit, a plurality of anode electrodes, each of the plurality of anode electrodes connected to the driving TFT of a corresponding unit circuit, a bank covering an edge of each of the plurality of anode electrodes, the bank defining an emission area for each anode electrode, a light emitting layer on each of the plurality of anode electrodes, and a cathode electrode on the light emitting layer. Each of the plurality of anode electrodes overlaps the gate electrode of the driving TFT and the connection electrode of a corresponding one of the plurality of unit circuits.

Electroluminescent display apparatus

The present disclosure is directed to providing a new skin-penetrating peptide, a fusion product with a biologically active substance bound using the same, a cosmetic composition containing the same and a pharmaceutical composition for external application to skin containing the same. The skin-penetrating peptide of the present disclosure is less likely to cause an immune response as compared to existing skin-penetrating peptides and exhibits remarkably improved skin permeability. Therefore, the biologically active substance can be effectively delivered through the skin, particularly through the stratum corneum.

Skin-penetrating peptide and method for using same

An electroluminescent display is disclosed. The electroluminescent display includes a display panel including sub-pixels in which a light emitting area is defined and wirings connected to the sub-pixels. The sub-pixels have a transistor and a light emitting element. The wirings include a first wiring arranged along a first axis direction or a second axis direction perpendicular to the first axis direction. The first wiring is disposed under a first electrode of the light emitting element with an organic insulating layer interposed therebetween, and includes an overlapping portion overlapping with the light emitting area when viewed from plan. The overlapping portion of the first wiring has a shape with symmetry with respect to a center of gravity of the light emitting area.

Electroluminescent display

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a display panel including a display area having a plurality of pixels connected to a plurality of gate lines, a gate driving circuit in a non-display area adjacent to the display area and including a plurality of stages supplying a gate signal to the plurality of gate lines, and an auxiliary load connected to at least one stage of the plurality of stages in the non-display area in which a number of the plurality of pixels which are connected to at least two gate lines among the plurality of gate lines varies. Therefore, the load applied to the output node of the gate driving circuit is uniformly adjusted so that a screen abnormality of the display device may be suppressed.

The organic light emitting diode device comprises a non-active area formed outside an active area of a substrate; a switching thin film transistor and a driving thin film transistor at each of the pixel regions; a planarization layer on the substrate; a first electrode on the planarization layer; a bank formed in the non-active area outside each pixel region; an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode; a second electrode on an entire surface of the substrate; a first passivation layer on the substrate; an organic layer on the first passivation layer; a second passivation layer on the organic layer and the first passivation layer; a barrier film disposed to face the substrate.
