A laminated filter comprises a housing inner sleeve filter element and head cover covering the housing, the housing having an inlet and a second outlet. An inner bottom face of the housing has a sealing ring, a bottom end of the inner sleeve being disposed between the sealing ring and an inner side of the housing, and a top end of the inner sleeve being disposed in the head cover. A bottom end of the filter element is disposed at an inner side of the sealing ring, and a top end of the filter element is disposed in the head cover. A gap communicating with the inlet is formed between the inner sleeve and housing. The top end of the inner sleeve has first filtrate openings, and the top end of the filter element has first and second baffle structures, the second baffle structures having second filtrate openings.

Laminated filter

An impeller type water-hammer proof and silent check valve includes a shell, a sealing ring, a cowl, a flow guide body and a spring. Turbulent-flow blades are provided on the outer surface of the flow guide body. Two groups of axial-flow blades are arranged in the flow passage, and the blades are fixed on the streamline outer surface. The valve continuously converts pressure energy and kinetic energy to a torque surrounding an axial direction to the flow guide body during a process of backflow liquid flowing through the turbulent-flow blades. The valve forms a pair of torques counteracting each other as the turbulent-flow directions of the two groups of blades are opposite. The liquid pressure energy and kinetic energy are continuously and gradually converted to the torque to the flow guide body in the turbulent-flow blades, so that an abrupt impact to the valve by the water hammer is eliminated.

The invention provides a fast intake valve that comprises an intake pipe, a middle connector, a rear connector, an intake pipe sealing ring, a receiving pipe, an intake sealing ring, a support frame and a spring. The invention has simple structure and can intake water rapidly and conveniently.

Fast intake valve

A sprinkler rotary mechanism and a sprinkler are provided. The rotary mechanism comprises a bracket and a reversing carrier, with the latter disposed on the rotation shaft of the bracket. A transmission shaft is disposed on the reversing carrier so as to drive the bracket. The sprinkler comprises a tube, a gasket, an adaptor, an angle carriage, the rotary mechanism, a reversing mechanism, a sprinkler head tube, and a nozzle. The reversing mechanism is rotated to strike the rotary mechanism, and in turn activate the sprinkler head tube to rotate. The water stream sprayed out of the nozzle impacts the reversing mechanism at the other side, and so repeated in order to achieve the rotation of the sprinkler. The present sprinkler uses mechanical transition to replace spring deformation used in the prior art to achieve water stream rotation. The sprinkler is resistant to damage and has simpler structure and larger cover range.

Rotary mechanism for sprinkler and sprinkler using the same

A viscosity driving device for a lifting buried spraying head includes a cylindrical case (), a filter () provided in the lower end of the case (), and a spraying head driving unit disposed inside the case (). The spraying head driving unit is connected with a spraying head positioned on the top end of the case () by means of a connecting shaft, and the spraying head driving unit drives the spraying head to rotate and spray water. The spraying head driving unit comprises a tangential flow generator () and a hydraulic rotator (), and the hydraulic rotator () rotates under the action of viscosity of rotating water generated by the tangential flow generator () to drive the spraying head to rotate and spray water.

The ball valve also comprises a valve bottom cover () corresponding to the valve bottom cover hole () so that the valve bottom cover () can cover the valve bottom cover hole () and can be fusion-bonded to the valve body (), thereby avoiding the need for electric fusion welding in the manufacture of large-diameter ball valves.

A driving device for a lifting buried spraying head includes a case (), a filter () provided in the lower end of the case (), and a spraying head driving unit disposed inside the case (). The spraying head driving unit connects with a spraying head located on the top end of the case via a main shaft, and the spraying head driving unit drives the spraying head to rotate and spray water. Wherein, the spraying head driving unit comprises a tangential flow generator () and a hydraulic rotator (). The tangential flow generator () is a small case structure which is hollow, and a water supply gap is formed between the tangential flow generator and the inner wall of the case (). Inflow openings () are arranged on the shell wall of the tangential flow generator (). The hydraulic rotator () is disposed inside the tangential flow generator (), and the hydraulic rotator () has stress surfaces () corresponding to the inflow openings (). The hydraulic rotator () connects with the spraying head directly or indirectly via the main shaft.

The ball valve also comprises a valve cover (), which is provided with a valve stem shaft hole () for allowing the valve stem () to pass through and corresponds to the valve cover hole () so that the valve cover () can cover the valve cover hole () and can be fusion-bonded to the valve body (), thereby avoiding the need for electric fusion welding process in the manufacture of large-diameter ball valves.

Top entry plastic ball valve

A water-hammer proof and silent check valve comprises a shell (), a spring (), a flow guide body () and a cowl (). The flow guide body () is provided with flow blocking boards () which project from the outer surface of the flow guide body () and are capable of rotating around installation shafts (). A plurality of flow blocking boards are arranged in the flow passage in the axial direction of the valve, so that most part of pressure energy and kinetic energy are undertaken by the flow blocking boards by grading when liquid flows back to the valve, thus ensuring that the water hammer with large energy is divided into multiple water hammers with relatively smaller energy so as to greatly reduce the inner stress of valve bearing parts.
