The present disclosure relates to the field of vapor deposition technologies, and discloses a vapor deposition method. The vapor deposition method includes: applying an exciting acoustic wave to the target, such that particles in a predetermined location of the target break away from the target and adhere to a predetermined region of the substrate when an energy of the particles is higher than an energy required for the particles to break away from the target. By using the vapor deposition method, losses of vapor deposition materials may be avoided, utilization of the vapor deposition materials may be increased, and thus costs may be reduced.

A display substrate includes a base substrate, a color filter layer, a black matrix and a passivation layer. The color filter layer, the black matrix and the passivation layer are arranged on the base substrate, the color filter layer includes: a plurality of color filter units; a plurality of white filter unit formed by a blank area; a black matrix disposed between the color filter unit and the white filter unit; and a pad layer arranged in the blank area, an orthogonality projection of the pad layer on the base substrate being located in an orthogonality projection of the blank area on the base substrate, and smaller than the orthogonality projection of the blank area on the base substrate.

A display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate with a black matrix BM disposed thereon. The base substrate is provided with a display area and a non-display area, and the BM disposed in the non-display area comprises a first BM portion and a second BM portion. The first BM portion and the second BM portion are sequentially arranged in a direction away from the center of the base substrate, and a gap exists between the first BM portion and the second BM portion. When an external electric field exists around the display substrate, the second BM portion can effectively shield the external electric field, thereby effectively preventing the external electric field from affecting the display area of the display panel. Thus, the display effect of the display substrate is improved.

Firstly, a substrate is placed in a sealed space; then the surface to-be-dried of the substrate is partitioned into a predetermined number of sealed regions; thereafter, the sealed regions are subjected to pressure reduction through gas extraction; finally, the sealed regions are dried through gas insufflation, and then the substrate is taken out from the sealed space.
