Disclosed is an electroluminescent display device including a first pixel including a first sub pixel configured to emit first colored light, a second sub pixel configured to emit second colored light, and a third sub pixel configured to emit third colored light, a first electrode in the first sub pixel, an emission layer on the first electrode, a second electrode on the emission layer, and a first charge blocking layer provided below the second electrode and configured to prevent a light emission in the emission layer, wherein the first electrode is electrically connected with a driving thin film transistor in a first contact area provided in the first sub pixel, and the first charge blocking layer is overlapped with the first contact area.

Electroluminescent display device

A display device includes: a substrate including: first to third subpixels, an insulating layer including a trench on the substrate between at least two among the first to third subpixels, a first electrode on the insulating layer in each of the first to third subpixels, a fence in each of the first to third subpixels, the fence surrounding an edge of the first electrode, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode, the fence, and the insulating layer, a second electrode on the light-emitting layer, and a color filter layer including: a first color filter in the first subpixel, a second color filter in the second subpixel, and a third color filter in the third subpixel, wherein the second color filter is wider than the first color filter, and wherein the second color filter partially overlaps the first subpixel.

Display device

A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a substrate including a plurality of pixels configured to emit light, wherein the amount of emitted light is at a maximum when emitted at an angle of more than 0 degrees. The display apparatus further includes an encapsulation layer covering the plurality of pixels and including a plurality of light collecting structures each having a three-dimensional quadrangular horn shape or a three-dimensional quadrangular truncated-horn shape.

The disclosure relates to a high-aperture-ratio microdisplay with a microcavity structure. The microdisplay comprises a substrate, unit pixels, driving elements, and organic light-emitting diodes. The organic light-emitting diodes each comprise: an anode, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. The anode is formed by sequentially stacking a reflecting electrode, a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, and a transparent electrode. The organic emission layer is stacked over the anode. The cathode is stacked over the organic emission layer. The first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer have contact portion that open at least one corner of the reflecting electrode. The anode is connected to the reflecting electrode through the contact portions.

High-aperture-ratio microdisplay with microcavity structure

The present embodiments relate to an all-in-one switch device as well as a touch display apparatus and a display panel including such an all-in-one switch device. The all-in-one switch device includes a switching transistor electrically connected between a pixel electrode and a data line, and a sensor pattern connected between a first electrode and a second electrode of the switching transistor. One device is enough to provide both a switching function for display driving and a sensor function for sensing a touch position and/or a fingerprint, a separate touch sensor having a large size is unnecessary, and it is possible to precisely sense a touch position and/or a fingerprint without being affected by parasitic capacitance, even in a situation where a system has a structure or a circuit in which touch sensing based on capacitance is impossible.
