A display device includes a display panel and a driving connector connected to the display panel and from which driving signals are provided to the display panel, the driving connector including a driving integrated circuit, a gate pad through which a first driving signal is output from the driving connector to the display panel, a first input pad through which the first driving signal is input to the driving connector from outside thereof, and a gate driver which connects the gate pad to the first input pad and includes a first substrate and a transistor on the first substrate and including a source electrode connected to the first input pad and a drain electrode connected to the gate pad. Within the driving connector, the transistor and the driving integrated circuit are in order from the first substrate.

A memory device includes a row decoder that receives one or more normal addresses and one or more control addresses, and a memory cell array connected to the row decoder via a plurality of word lines. In a normal operation, in response to receiving the one or more normal addresses, any one word line among the plurality of word lines is enabled. In an initialization operation, in response to receiving the one or more normal addresses and the one or more control addresses, at least two word lines among the plurality of word lines are enabled. Data of memory cells of the memory cell array connected to the enabled at least two word lines is initialized.

A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a plurality of data lines extending in a first direction and coupled to the plurality of pixels, a plurality of first scan lines extending in a second direction different from the first direction and coupled to the plurality of pixels, and a plurality of second scan lines extending in the first direction and coupled to the plurality of first scan lines, a data driver which provides data voltages to the plurality of pixels through the plurality of data lines, and a scan driver which sequentially provides a scan signal to the plurality of pixels on a row-by-row basis through the plurality of second scan lines and the plurality of first scan lines. The data driver and the scan driver are implemented with a data-scan integration chip which outputs the data voltages and the scan signal.

A system-on-chip (SoC) includes a processor, a system interconnect (a first bus) connected to the processor, a physical layer protocol (PHY) intellectual property (IP) block, a second bus connected to the processor, and a reset controller connected to the first bus and the second bus. The processor includes a plurality of central processing unit (CPU) cores. The PHY IP block, connected to the first bus, includes a plurality of PHY IPs including physical layers and is connected to external devices. The reset controller detects an abnormal state of the processor based on a signal from the processor, or an absence of a signal from the processor. The reset controller applies a reset signal to the PHY IP block in response to the detected abnormal state. The PHY IP block outputs a corresponding preset data to respective one of the external devices in response to the reset signal during a reset period.

An organic light emitting display device includes a display part including a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of power source lines, and a plurality of pixels each including an organic light emitting diode, a driving transistor coupled to the organic light emitting diode and to a power source line of the power source lines, and a switching transistor coupled to a scan line of the scan lines and to a data line of the data lines, and a sensing driver configured to sample a sensing current from the power source line while a sensing data voltage is applied to one of the pixels, and to calculate a threshold voltage value of the driving transistor using the sensing current in a sensing mode.

Organic light emitting display device and method of driving the same

A pixel circuit includes first to fifth transistors, an organic light emitting element, and a capacitor. The second transistor includes a control electrode receiving a first scan signal, an input electrode receiving a data voltage, and an output electrode connected to the control electrode of the first transistor. The third transistor includes a control electrode receiving a second scan signal, an input electrode receiving an initialization voltage, and an output electrode connected to the output electrode of the first transistor. The fourth transistor includes a control electrode receiving an emission signal, an input electrode receiving a first power voltage, and an output electrode connected to the input electrode of the first transistor. The fifth transistor includes a control electrode receiving a third scan signal, an input electrode receiving the data voltage, and an output electrode connected to the input electrode of the first transistor.

Pixel circuit of display apparatus

A display device includes data lines, scan lines, and pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor (OLED), and a second transistor. The first transistor is electrically connected to an anode of the OLED. The second transistor is electrically connected to the first transistor, a scan line among the scan lines, and a data line among the data lines. The second transistors of the pixels may receive instances of a reference voltage from the data lines during a first period of a frame. The second transistors of the pixels may simultaneously receive instances of a turn-on scan signal from the scan lines during the first period of the frame. Cathodes of the OLEDs of the pixels may receive instances of a turn-off voltage for the OLEDs to turn off during the first period of the frame.
