The present disclosure relates to a multi-layer electrode including a current collector; and a multi-layer electrode material layer comprising n active material layers (wherein, n≥2) formed on at least one surface of the current collector, wherein each of the active material layers contains an electrode active material and a binder, the binders in the respective active material layers are different from each other, and the multi-layer electrode material layer has a uniform porosity from first active material layer closest to the current collector to nactive material layer furthest from the current collector. The present disclosure also relates to a lithium secondary battery including the same.
