A compressor includes a drive motor and a wind wheel, wherein the drive motor includes a casing and a rotor, the rotor being rotatably arranged within the casing; the wind wheel is mounted at a first axial end of the rotor. A thrust disc is also provided at the first axial end of the rotor. An axial bearing assembly is arranged between the thrust disc and the wind wheel, and the axial bearing assembly is arranged fixedly with respect to the casing. A first air gap is formed between a first end of the axial bearing assembly and the wind wheel, and a second air gap is formed between a second end of the axial bearing assembly and the thrust disc. The air compressor reduces a tolerance accumulation caused by part cooperation between axial bearing assemblies, and more precisely ensures effective working clearances.

Compressor

The present disclosure provides a magnetic suspension bearing stator, a compressor and an air conditioner. The bearing stator includes a frame, a bearing iron core and an axial winding, the frame is provided with an accommodation recess used to position the axial winding. A position-limiting portion is disposed in the accommodation recess, and the position-limiting portion is used to keep the axial winding in the accommodation recess. The frame is provided with a first positioning portion for connecting with the bearing iron core on the outer wall surfaces of both sides of the accommodation recess. The frame is not easy to come out from the bearing core, and the axial winding is not easy to come out from the frame, so that the relative position between the axial winding and the bearing iron core is fixed.

The wiring structure of a magnetic suspension bearing, for electrically connect a control coil of the magnetic suspension bearing with an external power source, includes a circuit board; wherein the number of the magnetic suspension bearing is two or more, and the control coils of the two or more magnetic suspension bearings are all configured to electrically connect to the circuit board, and the circuit board is configured to connect to the external power source. The present disclosure has the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, implementation of integrating wiring of multiple magnetic suspension bearings, simplification of wiring work, improvement of production efficiency, and improvement of wiring reliability.

The present invention provides a protective structure for a magnetic bearing and a magnetic bearing assembly. The protective structure for a magnetic bearing comprises: a first radial bearing protective component, sleeved on a shaft and in a position corresponding to a magnetic bearing, a first gap being radially formed between the first radial bearing protective component and the shaft; and a second radial bearing protective component, sleeved on the shaft and in a position corresponding to the magnetic bearing, a second gap being radially formed between the second radial bearing protective component and the shaft; the height of a working gap being greater than the height of the second gap, the height of the second gap being greater than the height of the first gap. The protective structure for the magnetic bearing and the magnetic bearing assembly effectively solve the problem of lower security between a magnetic bearing and a shaft, since a protective structure for the magnetic bearing is prone to failure in the prior art.

A part of the first stopping portion is axially located between the second stopping portion and the third stopping portion. A protection gap of the protective device is smaller than a working gap of the bearing body.
