An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and a white OLED are provided. The OLED sequentially includes an anode, an emission layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode. The emission layer includes a triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA) material and a donor material. The doubled triplet energy of the TTA material is greater than the singlet energy of the TTA material. The donor material is disposed between the anode and the TTA material and has a second singlet energy and a second triplet energy. A sensitizer is doped in the emission layer or formed between the TTA material and the donor material when a voltage is applied. The sensitizer has a third singlet energy and a third triplet energy. The third singlet energy and the third triplet energy are both smaller than the second singlet energy.

Organic light-emitting diode and white organic light-emitting diode

A color filter and a display panel, wherein the color filter includes a color correction material. In an absorption spectrum of the color correction material, a wavelength interval of the absorption spectrum with a visible light absorption rate smaller than 0.2 is from 150 to 180 nanometers.

A fluorescent material includes at least one organic compound with molecular stacking of H-aggregate or J-aggregate. An electroluminescent display includes an electroluminescent panel, and at least one brightness enhanced film. The electroluminescent panel has a plurality of sub-pixels, and at least one illumination surface. The brightness enhanced film is disposed on the at least one illumination surface. The brightness enhanced film has a plurality of micro lenses, and the width of the micro lens is smaller than half of the minimum width of the sub-pixels.

An organic electro-luminescence display comprises a substrate having a first and second surface, a plurality of micro-lens formed on the first surface, and a plurality of pixels with sub-pixels formed on the second surface. Particularly, the distance between the sub-pixels within any two adjacent pixels is substantially greater than that between the sub-pixels within the same pixel.

An electrode substrate of a flat panel display at least comprises a substrate, an electrode layer, a first barrier layer, a second barrier layer and a conductive layer. The electrode layer is disposed above the substrate. The first barrier layer is disposed above the electrode layer. The second barrier layer is disposed above the first barrier layer. The conductive layer is disposed between the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer.

An electrode substrate of a flat panel display comprises a substrate, an electrode layer, a conductive layer, and a barrier layer. The electrode layer is disposed above the substrate. The conductive layer is disposed above the electrode layer. The barrier layer is disposed above the conductive layer.

An organic electroluminescent device having solar cells and a fabricating method therefor are disclosed. The device comprises a transparent substrate; an organic electroluminescent device on the transparent substrate; and at least one solar cells on the transparent substrate. Besides, the device further comprises a driving unit coupled to the organic electroluminescent device; a transform unit coupled to the solar cells; and a control unit coupled to the driving unit and the transform unit.

A detection and repair system includes an optical microscope, an image-retrieving device, an emission detector, a data controller, and a laser beam generator. When detecting the location of a defect, the system charges a detected region of an organic electroluminescent device with a negative bias or low forward bias before the device is lighted on. Then, the emission detector detects the locations of defects, which generate emission such as photons, thermal or IR emission, in an enlarged image. The laser beam generator generates a laser beam, which is used to isolate one of the defects. Furthermore, this invention also discloses a method for detecting and repairing an organic electroluminescent device.

Detection and repair system and method thereof

A contrast-adjustable display via an organic light-emitting device includes a transparent substrate, a light-detectable unit, a current-detectable unit, an organic light-emitting unit, a driving unit and a controlling unit. The light-detectable unit for detecting an external light intensity is formed on the transparent substrate, and then generates a current intensity based on the external light intensity. The current-detectable unit for detecting the current intensity is connected to the light-detectable unit. The organic light-emitting unit is formed on the transparent substrate for generating light. The driving unit connects to and drives the light-detectable unit and organic light-emitting unit, respectively. The controlling unit is connected to the current-detectable unit, and controls the driving unit depending on the current intensity.

Contrast-adjustable panels and displays via organic light-emitting devices

The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display device, having a transparent substrate; a plurality of anodes on the transparent substrate; an organic functional layer on the transparent substrate, wherein the transparent substrate covers the anodes; a light-absorbing layer on the organic functional layer, wherein the light-absorbing layer is an organic material layer and the organic material layer is doped with at least a metal; and a plurality of cathodes on the light-absorbing layer. The light-absorbing layer of the present invention can effectively reduce the amount of the reflected light, thereby raising the contrast ratio and enhancing the recognition ability of the display device.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) device comprises a substrate, an anode layer, a luminescence layer, a hole blocking layer and a cathode layer. The anode layer is disposed on the substrate; the luminescence layer is disposed on the anode layer; the hole blocking layer is disposed on the luminescence layer; the cathode layer is disposed on the hole blocking layer. An OLED is disclosed, which has a substrate having a first conducting area, a second conducting area, and an active area; a plurality of connecting wires located outside of said active area on said substrate; a plurality of stripes of first electrodes located in the active area and connected to a connecting wire; a plurality of first conducting lines located in the first conducting area; a plurality of second conducting lines located in said second conducting area; a plurality of second electrodes located in the active area; an upper cover mounted on said active area for covering said active area; a sealing layer sandwiched between said upper cover and said substrate for sealing the active area and isolating said active area from air or water; and an insulating layer filled over said first conducting lines, said second conducting lines, and the connecting wires for isolating from air or water.
