The method includes: performing image registration on a projection image of the tumor and a first standard image to acquire a first offset; generating a second standard image based on the first offset; performing image registration on the projection image and the second standard image to acquire a second offset; and updating the second standard image based on the second offset and executing the operation of image registration on the projection image and the second standard image again in response to the second offset satisfying a virtual re-sampling condition; or outputting an accumulated offset in response to the second offset not satisfying the virtual re-sampling condition, wherein the accumulated offset is a sum of the first offset and the second offset acquired by executing the operation of image registration.

There is provided a radiotherapy system, a data processing method and a storage medium. The radiotherapy system includes a calibration database, a training module and a data processing module. The calibration database can acquire a plurality of the sample data generated in a clinical therapy process. The training module can perform deep learning on the plurality of sample data stored in the calibration database to obtain a therapy algorithm model. The data processing module can process the detection data received in the clinical therapy process according to the therapy algorithm model to generate preliminary therapy data. As the therapy algorithm model is obtained by performing deep learning on a large amount of clinical data, the reliability of the therapy algorithm model is high. Accordingly, the accuracy of the preliminary therapy data generated by the therapy algorithm model is also high.

A tumor positioning method includes obtaining projection images of a tumor at different angles; and registering the projection images with an initial reference image to obtain a first offset. If it is determined that a virtual reacquisition operation needs to be performed according to the first offset, the method further includes generating a first reference image according to the first offset; and registering the projection images with the first reference image to obtain a second offset. If it is determined that the operation does not need to be performed according to the second offset, the method further includes outputting a first accumulated offset being a sum of the first and second offsets. The method may solve problems of long time consuming and the service life of a treatment couch and acquisition devices being reduced due to repeatedly moving the treatment couch and repeatedly acquiring the X-ray projection images.

An image guiding device includes a gantry, an imaging source, an imager, and an image server. The imaging source, the imager and the image server are all mounted on the gantry. The imager is connected to the image server. The imaging source is arranged to face the imager. The imaging source emits X-rays.
