The first plate body includes a first main body, a first convex portion and a second convex portion, and the first convex portion and the second convex portion protrude from a surface of the first main body away from the accommodating space; in a thickness direction of the first main body, a size of the first convex portion protruding from the first main body is smaller than a size of the second convex portion protruding from the first main body; the first flow passage is formed inside the first convex portion.
