Method of providing HARQ feedback information

A method for adjusting a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing is provided. A base station adjusts a HARQ timing of a mobile station according to a system environment, and transmits radio resource allocation information including the adjusted HARQ timing information to the mobile station. The present invention relates a resource allocation method and a resource allocation device. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a resource allocation method of a wireless communication system includes: allocating a resource to a first base station; determining whether or not a second cell that is smaller than a first cell is provided in a first cell region managed by the first base station; reducing the resource allocated to the first base station when the second cell is provided; and allocating resources remaining after reducing the resource to a second base station that manages the second cell.

Provided is a method in which a terminal conducts an operation for retransmission using a frame divided into downlink subframes and uplink subframes, the method including: receiving a data burst transmitted from a base station; determining a feedback frame offset based on the relationship between a range determined based on division information of the frame and a downlink subframe index in which the data burst has been transmitted; determining indices of a frame and uplink subframe for transmitting a feedback signal based on the frame offset; transmitting the feedback signal to the base station in the determined indices of the frame and uplink subframe; and if an NACK message is included in the feedback signal, receiving the data burst retransmitted from the base station.

A power control method performs a scheduling on user terminals and then allows the user terminals to calculate power of interference by neighboring sectors, generates interference information to indicate how much the base stations in neighboring sectors, which interfere with each other, reduce transmission power based on the calculated power of interference, and informs a serving base station thereof. The base stations calculate throughput gain and throughput loss based on the interference information, and determine whether the reduction of the transmission power is performed based on the calculated throughput gain and throughput loss.
