The invention provides a freezer unit using refrigerants serving as an oil carrier without using any refrigerants of subjects of the ozone regulation and being capable of realizing extremely low temperatures such as &#x2212;150&#xb0; C. The freezer unit includes a refrigerant circuit on a high temperature side and a refrigerant circuit on a low temperature side to form independent closed refrigerant circuits which condense refrigerants delivered from compressors and thereafter evaporate the condensed refrigerants to achieve cooling action, and a cascade condenser formed by an evaporator in the refrigerant circuit on the high temperature side and a condenser in the refrigerant circuit on the low temperature side. Confined in the refrigerant circuit on the low temperature side are nonazeotropic mixed refrigerants containing R245fa, R600, R404A, R508A, R14, R50 and R740, or nonazeotropic mixed refrigerants containing R245fa, R600, R404A, R23, R14, R50 and R740, or nonazeotropic mixed refrigerants containing R245fa, R600, R404A, R508B, R14, R50 and R740.

Freezer unit

An object is to provide a freezing device in which a safely-treatable incombustible mixed refrigerant can be used and which can realize an extremely low temperature of &#x2212;85&#xb0; C. or less in chamber by a simple structure. The freezing device comprises a single refrigerant circuit in which the refrigerant discharged from a compressor is condensed and thereafter evaporated to exert a cooling function and which allows heat exchange between the evaporated refrigerant and the condensed refrigerant, wherein there is introduced into the refrigerant circuit a non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant containing R245fa, R600, R23 and R14; a non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant containing R245fa, R600, R116 and R14; a non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant containing R245fa, R600, R508A and R14; or a non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant containing R245fa, R600, R508B and R14.

Freezing device

The development of an alternate refrigerant composition which is free from a possibility of causing depletion of the ozone layer and capable of maintaining the performance of a conventional refrigerating circuit without modifying the circuit is desired. An object of the present invention is to provide such a refrigerant composition and a refrigerating circuit using the refrigerant composition. A refrigerant composition of the present invention comprises R245fa (CFCHCHF), R125 (CHFCF), R508A (R23/R116:39/61) and R14 (tetrafluoromethane: CF). Thus, the refrigerant composition has no possibility of causing depletion of the ozone layer. Further, since the composition is noncombustible, possible combustion can be prevented even if it leaks.

Refrigerant composition and refrigerating circuit using the same

The development of a substitutable refrigerant composition that enables a conventional refrigerating circuit to maintain its performance without changing the circuit configuration has been demanded. An object of the present invention is to provide such a refrigerant composition and a refrigerating circuit using it. A refrigerant composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising R600 (n-butane: CH CH CH CH ), R125 (CHF CF ), R508A (R23/R116: 39/61), and R14 (tetrafluoromethane: CF ).

REFRIGERANT COLLECTING DEVICE, REFRIGERANT COLLECTING METHOD, REFRIGERATOR HAVING REFRIGERANT COLLECTING DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD FOR REFRIGERANT IN REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT OR REGENERATION DEVICE AND REGENERATION METHOD FOR REFRIGERANT COLLECTING

The present invention provides a refrigerating unit comprising a high temperature side refrigerant circuit (2) and a low temperature side refrigerant circuit (3) for forming an independent refrigerant closed-circuit (3) for forming an independent closed-circuit which exhibits a refrigerating effect by that a refrigerant discharged from each compressor (4) and (10) is condensed and then is evaporated, and an evaporator (14) of the high temperature side refrigerant circuit (2) and a condenser (23) of the low temperature side refrigerant circuit (3) form a thermal exchanger (25), wherein a non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant comprising; (a) an inorganic refrigerant selected from the group consisting of argon and nitrogen, (b) a hydrocarbon which makes (a) component liquidize, and (c) at least one refrigerant selected from the group consisting of hydrochlorofluorocarbon, hydrofluorocarbon, hydrocarbon and fluorocarbon, which makes (b) component liquidize, is sealed into the low temperature side refrigerant circuit (3). Preferably, (a) component of said non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant is argon, (b) component of said non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant is methane and (c) component of said non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant is a mixture of dichlorofluoromethane, tetrafluoromethane, (d) component selected from the group consisting of chlorodifluoromethane, difluoromethane and pentafluoroethane, and (e) component which is trifluoromethane and/or hexafluoroethane.

Refrigerating unit

A refrigerant composition consisting essentially of chlorodifluoromethane, 1-chloro-1, 1-difluoroethane and octafluoropropane, said composition, while preventing the bad influence on ozone layer and maintaining the environment of working place in a nonhazardous condition, can be used as a substitute for R500 or R502 owing to the obtainability of the desired refrigerating capacity and a good return of oil.
