A connection terminal has a movable contact portion that protrudes so as to be able to be pressed from an outside of a contact hole of a housing, and a first curved portion and a second curved portion that are continuously disposed and form a substantial S-shape. The movable contact portion is provided in a free end portion of the first curved portion. A position controlling projection extends from the movable contact portion. The position controlling projection abuts on an inner circumferential surface of the first curved portion or a region where the first curved portion and the second curved portion are continuously coupled to each other when the movable contact portion is pressed.

A connection terminal has a movable contact which projects outside from a contact hole of a housing such that the movable contact can be pressed, and at least two curved portions connected to each other through a connecting portion. Each of the curved portions is pushed and widened by a load applied to the movable contact.

A space-saving terminal includes a depth that is short and a floor space that is small. The terminal further includes a fixing part for press-in pressed into and fixed to a base material, a support part projected upward so as to cross with the fixing part for press-in, two extension parts extended downward while meandering from a branch portion on a tip of the support part so as to form a meandering slit, and a movable contact part projected from a tip portion formed by integrating free ends of the extension parts so as to be capable of moving in and out of a contacting hole of the base material. The support part is curved outward in order to avoid contact with the tip portion of the extension part while the tip portion is displaced.

Electric connector terminal

A compact electric connector in which a contact has a high contact pressure and a large displacement amount is provided. An electric connector includes a contact spring and an auxiliary spring. The contact spring includes a support portion that is supported by a housing, a contact portion that is projected from the housing to abut on the-other-end contact, and a plurality of flexing portions that are bent so as to be deformed between the support portion and the contact portion when the contact portion is pushed into the housing. The auxiliary spring includes a flexing auxiliary portion that abuts on the contact spring to exert an elastic force in a direction in which deformation of the flexing portion closest to the support portion is obstructed when the contact portion of the contact spring is pushed into the housing.

An electric connector has a contact spring. The contact spring includes a fixed portion that is retained by a housing, an involute portion that is extended from the fixed portion into an inward spiral pattern, a revolute portion that is inverted from the involute portion and extended into an outward spiral pattern along the involute portion, an arm portion that is connected to a tail end portion of the revolute portion, a tangential direction of a portion connected to the revolute portion in the arm portion being aligned with a tangential direction of the tail end portion of the revolute portion, and a contact portion that is provided at a leading end of the arm portion to be projected to an outside of the housing, the contact portion abutting on the-other-end electrode to receive a pressing force in a direction in which the arm portion is substantially extended.

A connector connection terminal has a fixed piece to be inserted to a base of a connector, a coupling portion extending from the fixed piece, and a movable piece extending in parallel to the fixed piece to both sides from a free end of the coupling portion and being operated by an operation lever rotatably assembled to the base. An aspect ratio of a cross-sectional area of the coupling portion is greater than or equal to 1.2.

A connector connection terminal has a fixed piece to be inserted to a base of a connector, a coupling portion extending from the fixed piece, and a movable piece extending in parallel to the fixed piece to both sides from a free end of the coupling portion and being operated by an operation lever rotatably assembled to the base. At least one of the fixed piece and the movable piece includes at least one pointed portion. The connector connection terminal is formed through electroforming.
