Provided is a production control system of a factory including: a plurality of machines; an air conditioner; a power computation unit for monitoring power consumption of an entire factory; a temperature information generation unit for generating information on temperature inside the factory; wherein running status and processing condition of the machines and running status of the air conditioner are controlled to produce the products dictated by the production plan by a delivery deadline; and a machine learning unit that learns a relationship of operational status including the running status and the processing condition of the machines and the running status of the air conditioner to environmental status including production completion time according to the operational status, the temperature inside the factory, and the power consumption of the factory, and outputs operational status that brings the environmental status to a desired condition in accordance with the production plan.

A method of operating a controller of an industrial machine capable of reducing a rise in temperature of a processor, easily restoring and resuming the operation even if the operation is stopped by the rise in temperature, and further possibly preventing the stop of the operation of the controller by the rise in temperature. When temperature in the controller is lower than a set value, the processor performs a plurality of processings in each predetermined period to do normal operation. When the temperature rises to a set value or higher, processing related to the controlling axes is stopped, a motor is stopped, and the processor performs only minimum or limited required processing, i.e., processing related to a man/machine interface such as processing related to a programmable controller and processing for display and operates in a low-electric-power consumption mode except the period when the processor performs the minimum or limited required processing. In addition, as the temperature rises, the operating speed of a machine controlled by the controller is reduced to reduce heat generation and the rise in temperature of the processor.

A controller for an industrial machine capable of monitoring a receiving circuit for receiving position information. A receiving circuit and an additional receiving circuit receive the same position information from a detector, and a monitoring circuit monitors a receiving state of the receiving circuit using position information received by the additional receiving circuit. A plurality of receiving circuits may be provided for respectively receiving different position information, and a plurality of additional receiving circuits and a plurality of monitoring circuits may be provided in a manner such that each additional receiving circuit and each monitoring circuit is associated with each receiving circuit. A high-speed machining system for executing a machining program for a numerical control apparatus at high speed, in which the numerical control apparatus incorporates a hard disk drive (20) for storing a machining program for numerical control, a hard disk control circuit (15), a direct memory access control circuit (14) for transferring the machining program from the hard disk control circuit (15) to a RAM (13), and a microprocessor (12). The microprocessor (12) converts the machining program stored in the RAM (13) into minute amounts of movement for each axis and transfers the resulting data to a numerical control apparatus CNC 2. Therefore, a high-speed data transfer is possible and high-speed machining can be performed with a simple structure.
