A plurality of resistance-imparting portions (A toE) are disposed adjacent to each other. A first contraction flow portion forming one of the resistance-imparting portions (A toE) adjacent to each other is in communication with an enlarged diameter portion forming another resistance-imparting portion. First contraction flow portions (AH toDH) forming the resistance-imparting portions (A toE) adjacent to each other are disposed at different positions in a direction in which an outer frame member () extends.

Flow path resistor and heat exchanger

A spray nozzle and a deaerator each include an external cylinder provided with a plurality of jetting outlets on an outer circumference portion thereof, an inner cylinder that is supported inside the external cylinder so as to be movable in an axial center direction and is provided with a plurality of first communication holes capable of communicating with the jetting outlets, and an open-close valve that includes a shaft coupled to the inner cylinder and a valve body provided at a distal end portion of the shaft and capable of opening and closing a distal opening of the external cylinder. The spray nozzle and the deaerator thus structured provide improved performance by preventing an increase in pressure loss occurring regardless of a jet flow amount.

A condenser includes a container into which steam is to flow, cooling pipes which are positioned inside the container and configured to cool the steam so as to form condensed water, at least one extraction pipe for extracting air included inside the container, at least one extraction hole which is defined in the extraction pipe and through which an interior of the at least one extraction pipe and an interior of the container communicate with each other, and a cylindrical cover which is configured with a gap spaced from the at least one extraction pipe and covers the at least one extraction hole so as to regulate an inflow of the condensed water into the at least one extraction hole. A plurality of the extraction holes are formed around the extraction pipe, and the cylindrical cover is radially outside the at least one extraction pipe with the gap spaced therebetween.

Condenser and turbine equipment

A laser oscillation cooling device () includes a light emitting section () that emits laser excitation light (Z), a laser excitation section () that excites the laser excitation light (Z) to emit laser light (Z) and has a heat generating region (S) where heat is locally generated, a storage tank () capable of storing an extremely low temperature liquid (L), a pressurizing section () that brings the extremely low temperature liquid (L) into a sub-cool state by pressurizing the inside of the storage tank (), and a jetting supply section () that removes heat from the laser excitation section () by jetting the extremely low temperature liquid (L) in the sub-cool state from a plurality of jet ports arrayed in a two-dimensional manner to the laser excitation section ().

Laser oscillation cooling device

A laser oscillation cooling device () is provided with a light emitting section () that emits laser excitation light (Z), a laser excitation section () that excites the laser excitation light (Z) to emit laser light (Z) and locally generates heat, a storage tank () capable of storing an extremely low temperature liquid (L), a pressurizing section () that brings extremely low temperature liquid (L) into a sub-cool state by pressurizing the inside of the storage tank (), and a jetting supply section () that removes heat from the laser excitation section () by jetting the extremely low temperature liquid (L) in the sub-cool state to the laser excitation section ().

A laser-oscillation cooling device includes a laser excitation unit that excites a laser beam and locally emits heat, a storage tank that is capable of storing a cryogenic liquid at an atmospheric pressure and discharge the cryogenic liquid which is evaporated, a pressurization and supply unit that pressurizes the cryogenic liquid stored in the storage tank and supplies the pressurized cryogenic liquid to the laser excitation unit, and a decompression and return unit that decompresses the cryogenic liquid which is supplied to the laser excitation unit and used to cool the laser excitation unit and returns the cryogenic liquid to the storage tank.

Laser-oscillation cooling device

A steam turbine plant is provided with: a plurality of steam turbines; a multistage pressure condenser composed of a plurality of condensers which are respectively provided below the respective steam turbines so as to correspond to the plurality of steam turbines, and in which steam which is discharged from the respective steam turbines is condensed and accommodated as condensate; and a steam extraction section which introduces some of the steam in the steam turbine into condensate of the condenser corresponding to the lowest-pressure steam turbine among the plurality of condensers.

A multistage pressure condenser includes, a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber, a pressure partition wall which partitions an inner portion of the low pressure chamber to an upper portion and a lower portion, a cooling pipe group which condenses low pressure side steam to low pressure side condensate, a reheat chamber positioned in the lower portion of the low pressure chamber and in which the low pressure side condensate which flows down through the porous plate is stored, high pressure side steam introduction portion for introducing high pressure side steam in the high pressure chamber to the reheat chamber, liquid-film forming portion which guides the low pressure side condensate which flows down through the porous plate to the reheat chamber while dispersing the low pressure side condensate on a surface, and air feeder for promoting the flow of the high pressure side steam.

Multistage pressure condenser and steam turbine plant having the same

A pressure bulkhead has a plurality of holes and divides a low-pressure chamber at low pressure in the vertical direction. A cooling-tube bank is located in an upper section of the low-pressure chamber and performs heat exchange with low-pressure steam guided to the low-pressure chamber by introducing coolant therein to condense the low-pressure steam to low-pressure steam condensate. A reheat chamber serves as a lower section of the low-pressure chamber and stores the low-pressure steam condensate falling from the holes in the pressure bulkhead. A high-pressure-steam introducing unit introduces high-pressure steam within a high-pressure chamber at high pressure to the reheat chamber. A plurality of plate members are parallel to each other below the pressure bulkhead and extend in a falling direction of the condensate falling from the holes in the pressure bulkhead.

Multistage pressure condenser and steam turbine plant equipped with the same

A pipe diameter expansion apparatus includes: a hollow cylindrical member that can be placed in a pipe filled with water, and through which a coolant medium having a lower temperature than a freezing point of the water flows from one end to the other end; at least two plate-like fins provided to protrude outward from the cylindrical member; and a cold-heat insulator that is provided between the two fins, and reduces cold-heat transmission between inside and outside the cylindrical member.

Pipe diameter expansion apparatus and pipe diameter expansion method

A moisture separator where a corrugated plateis provided with a collecting plateformed to cover a flat portionand an upstream end of a slope portion disposed on a downstream side of the flat portion. The collecting platehas an opening which opens to an upstream side in the direction of the wet steam flow S. The collecting plateis fixed to the slope portion at a base end. Between the collecting plateand a body portion of the corrugated plate, a pocket sectionand a drain duct sectionare formed. The moisture contained in the wet steam Sturns into droplets and enters the pocket sectionand the drain duct sectionfrom the opening of the collecting plateand falls down the pocket sectionand the drain duct sectionrespectively by gravity.

Moisture separator

In a multi-stage steam-water separation device and a steam-water separator, a first swirl vane () which causes a gas-liquid two-phase flow to rise while swirling is provided in a first riser () of a first steam-water separator (), and a second swirl vane () which causes the gas-liquid two-phase flow which has passed through the first swirl vane () to rise while swirling at a speed higher than that provided by the first swirl vane (), is provided in a second riser ().

Multi-stage steam-water separation device and steam-water separator

Disclosed is a basketthat is located within a basket containment vessel, into which a boric acid solution capable of dissolving a pH adjuster flows, and can allow a pH adjuster solution to flow out by the inflowing boric acid solution. The basketincludes a plurality of containment unitsstacked in a vertical direction with a predetermined first space Ltherebetween. The pH adjuster can be stored in each of the containment units. Also disclosed is a pH adjusting device including the basket, the basket containment vessel in which the basketcan be contained and in which cooling water can be stored, and an overflow pipe that, within the basket containment vessel, allows the pH adjuster solution that is obtained from the pH adjuster dissolved in the cooling water to flow out.

Basket and pH adjusting device

In a moisture separator, a manifold that communicates with a steam inlet is disposed in a shell. A plurality of blowout outlets for steam is provided on a side of the manifold. A first support plate and a lower support frame are fixed to a lower part in the shell to compart a steam drift space and a drain path. A moisture separating element is provided corresponding to the manifold, and steam from which moisture is removed by the moisture separating element is heated by a group of heating tubes to flow as high-temperature reheat steam to the steam outlet. The moisture is led from the drain opening through the drain path to the drain outlet. A blocking plate blocks a part of the drain opening.

A moisture separator heater includes a body, a manifold installed inside the body to supply moisture-containing steam to the interior thereof, slits formed on the manifold to allow a steam reserving portion positioned at the lower part of the body to eject steam, a separator for separating moisture from steam ejected from the slits, a steam collecting portion for collecting steam after separation of moisture by the separator, a heater for heating steam ascending inside the steam collecting portion, and a partition plate installed inside the steam collecting portion.
