An oven is provided. The oven includes a housing comprising a baking surface and an enclosure. The baking surface extends within the housing and includes side apertures with a first plurality of in-shot burners that extend through each aperture, wherein during operation heated combustion gas from the burners is directed toward the roof of the enclosure during operation. The oven additionally includes a box disposed below the baking surface with an interior that is in thermal communication with the baking surface, wherein the box supports a burner that is oriented such that heated combustion gas from the burners flows through the box and a portion of the heat from combustion is transferred through the baking surface.

Hearth oven

A self-cleaning convection oven includes a cabinet defining an interior cavity for cooking a food product; a door moveable between an open position and a closed position for allowing access to the interior cavity; one or more heating elements positioned in the interior cavity for delivering heat to the interior cavity; a fan positioned within the interior cavity; and a plumbing system operably connected to a water supply for delivering water into the interior cavity of the oven through a first nozzle positioned near the fan. The plumbing system of the self-cleaning convection oven further also delivers a cleaning solution into the interior cavity of the oven.

Self-cleaning convection oven

A baking rack is provided. The rack includes a plurality of relatively straight wires that are each disposed in parallel to each other and an outer wire establishing a perimeter of the rack and extending along opposing ends of the plurality of wires, the straight wires and the outer wire are each disposed within a plane. A plurality of height stabilizing members are connected to two or more of the straight wires or the outer wire, such that the plane is disposed above a surface upon which bottom portions of the height stabilizing members rest. A plurality of upstanding members extend from the plane, the upstanding members each connected to one or more of the straight wires and the outer wire, the upstanding members each comprising an arched portion and an upstanding stick, wherein a second plane is disposed through the arched portion of each upstanding member is at an acute angle with a line parallel to the straight wires.

Baking rack for chickens and other fowl

An convection oven with a removable blower wheel system is provided. The oven includes motor with a corresponding motor shaft, a first hub engageable with the motor shaft, a blower wheel, and a second hub. Each of the first hub, blower wheel, and second hub include corresponding radial apertures formed in consistent positions on each component. A plurality of shafts extend through each of the first and second hubs and the blower wheel to cause the three components to rotate together.

Removable blower for convection oven

A baking apparatus with a removable rack and adjustable pan supports provides the user with versatility by permitting manual re-configuration of the spacing of the oven racks as desired by the user. The removable rack component includes two interfaces for the oven, a locking rib on the top and a fastener or plunger on the bottom. These permit the user to manually remove the rack from the oven without using tools or other apparatus. The adjustable pan supports include offset tabs for removably and easily engaging the oven rack. The pan supports are removed and repositioned, adjusting shelf height and distance, by lifting and turning the pan supports 90 degrees to release the supports from the rack slot, removing the supports, and repositioning them as desired.
