The OLED backboard comprises: a transparent substrate; at least two functional layers disposed on the upper surface of the transparent substrate and stacked on each other; at least two via holes formed in predefined areas of the at least two functional layers and extending through at least the upper one of the at least two functional layers; and at least two alignment modules located in the at least two via holes respectively, wherein each of the at least two alignment modules comprises at least three first alignment structures arranged in a predefined trace, and a virtual alignment point is allowed to be determined based on the relative position among all the first alignment structures in each of the alignment modules. In the manufacturing method, pixel electrodes, required to be deposited with a material, on a base substrate are charged, and electrodes at an evaporation source are charged to form an electric field; evaporation material corresponding to the material required to be deposited are placed into the evaporation source and ionized, and the ionized evaporation material are deposited on the base substrate under the action of the electric field; deposited material in other pixel units are etched off and removed, so that the evaporation material only on the previously charged pixel electrodes on the base substrate are retained; and patterns of the required material are formed by the processes of deposition and etching in turn. The manufacturing method improves the resolution of finished products and can help to improve the resolution of the OLED.

The present invention provides a thin film transistor. An active layer of the thin film transistor comprises a plurality of active semiconductor sub-layers and a plurality of insulation sub-layers, which are stacked alternately. A source and a drain of the thin film transistor are electrically connected to the plurality of active semiconductor sub-layers. Correspondingly, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor, and an array substrate. The present invention can effectively increase channel current of the active layer in a thin film transistor, and solves the problem of small channel current resulted from low carrier mobility of the active layer.
