In one aspect of the invention, the bend insensitive single-mode optical fiber includes a core layer and cladding layers having an inner cladding layer, a trench cladding layer and an outer cladding layer sequentially formed surrounding the core layer from inside to outside. For the core layer, the diameter is 7-7.9 &#x3bc;m, and the relative refractive index difference &#x394;is between 4.6&#xd7;10and 6.0&#xd7;10. For the inner cladding layer, the diameter is 15-17 &#x3bc;m, and a relative refractive index difference &#x394;is between &#x2212;3&#xd7;10and 3&#xd7;10. For the trench cladding layer, the diameter is 24-33 &#x3bc;m, and the relative refractive index difference &#x394;is between &#x2212;2.9&#xd7;10and &#x2212;7.3&#xd7;10, changes in a gradient manner and increases gradually from outside to inside, where a relative refractive index difference &#x394;at an outermost interface is smaller than a relative refractive index difference &#x394;at an innermost interface.

Bending insensitive single-mode optical fiber

A plasma microwave resonant cavity used for a plasma chemical vapor deposition (PCVD) apparatus comprises a resonant cavity housing and a waveguide device connected with the cavity housing. Two ends of the cavity housing are provided with coaxial through-holes along the axial direction of the cavity. A glass inner liner is arranged through the through-holes at the two ends, and runs through a cavity body and the through holes at the two ends. The glass inner liner comprises a glass cylinder and glass stop rings arranged at the two ends of the glass cylinder. One or two ends of the glass cylinder are provided with external threads. The glass stop rings are connected with the ends of the glass cylinder by screw holes formed on the glass stop rings.
