The method comprises: a terminal device receives a first corresponding relationship and a second corresponding relationship broadcast by a network device, and the first corresponding relationship comprises a corresponding relationship between a value range of channel state information and a grade corresponding to the terminal device, and the second corresponding relationship comprises a corresponding relationship between the grade corresponding to the terminal device and a set of uplink transmission resources; the terminal device determines a value of its channel state information and determines a grade corresponding to the terminal device according to the value of the channel state information of the terminal device and the first corresponding relationship; the terminal device determines, according to the grade of the terminal device and the second corresponding relationship.

Disclosed are a scheduling-free transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: monitoring a service interaction state to obtain a service requirement evaluation result; determining whether the service requirement evaluation result represents a low service load, and if so, allocating dedicated resources to a terminal, otherwise, allocating shared resources to the terminal; acquiring a transmission result of data transmission carried out by the terminal based on the allocated resources; and based on the transmission result, sending response information to the terminal according to a pre-set dynamic response rule. In this way, a terminal can transmit data by means of dedicated resources when a service load is low, and the terminal transmits data using shared resources when the service load is high, thereby reducing time delays, preventing resource conflicts, and increasing the transmission rate and reliability.

Scheduling-free transmission method and apparatus

Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are an MCS index determination method and base station equipment. The method comprises: calculating, by a base station equipment and according to a first SINR obtained by measuring an SRS signal at time k, a second SINR of a PUSCH signal; determining, by the base station equipment and according to the second SINR, a first MCS index; and calculating, by the base station equipment and according to the first MCS index and data volume actually required to be transmitted by a user, an actually scheduled PRB amount, and a second MCS index actually used. In an embodiment of the present invention, an MCS index of PUSCH matches an actual SINR of a PUSCH channel to effectively ensure receiving performance of the PUSCH, thereby increasing an uplink transmission efficiency of an LTE system, and particularly increasing an uplink transmission efficiency of a user near a cell edge, so as to ensure PUSCH transmission performance of a user near the cell edge or having a large path loss, and facilitate an increase in an uplink service rate of the edge user.
