The invention relates to the field of optically-carried information technology and provides a method and device for optically-carried information transmission based on full-spectrum LEDs. The method addresses the problem of visual perception interference caused by multi-color LEDs used for data transmission in the prior art. The method includes: dividing the data to be transmitted according to the first transmission demand information, obtaining a second preset number of data segments; selecting target monochromatic LEDs based on the luminous characteristics of the LEDs and the first transmission demand information; processing the data segments using the target LEDs and preset modulation algorithms to generate corresponding LED control signals; and controlling the target LEDs to transmit optically-carried information based on the control signals. The blue light LED chips comprise at least a first and second blue light chip, each with peak wavelengths within a specific wavelength range, differing from each other. The fluorescent powders include first, second, third, and fourth fluorescent powders, each with peak wavelengths in distinct wavelength ranges. Through the synergistic use of chips and fluorescent powders, the invention enables the resulting full spectrum lighting devices to have higher light efficiency and stability.

The white LED heat-dissipation package structure in the present invention improves the spatial chroma uniformity of the white light by using the hollow glass microspheres, thereby reducing the costs. The package structure can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the chip and the utilization ratio of light emitted from the chip.
