Disclosed is a household appliance comprising: a door; a door lock unit equipped with a hook part which is configured to unlock and open the door by moving outward; a motor configured to generate torque by using electricity; a driving gear unit which has a rotary shaft at one end portion and is configured to rotate by receiving the torque from the motor, wherein the one end portion pushes the hook unit to the outside of the door lock unit to open the door when the driving gear unit rotates in one direction; a sensing unit configured to sense the displacement of the other end portion of the driving gear unit when the hook unit moves to the inside of the door lock unit, wherein the other end portion rotates in the opposite direction about the rotary shaft of the driving gear unit; and a control unit configured to control the operation of the motor on the basis of the displacement, sensed by the sensing unit, of the other end of the driving gear unit.

The standard cell includes an active region; a gate structure intersecting the active region; a first conductive structure including: a first power supply line and a second power supply line; and a second conductive structure disposed on the first conductive structure, the second conductive structure including: first power distribution patterns spaced apart from each other a first boundary and electrically connected to the first power supply line, second power distribution patterns spaced apart from each other along a second boundary and electrically connected to the second power supply line, net metal lines disposed between and spaced apart from the first power distribution patterns and the second power distribution patterns, and electrically connected to a first portion of the signal lines, and pin metal lines electrically connected to a second portion of the signal lines.

The flip flop cell is formed on a semiconductor substrate, includes a flip flop circuit, and comprises a scan mux circuit, a master latch circuit, a slave latch circuit, a clock driver circuit, and an output circuit. Each of the scan mux circuit, the master latch circuit, the slave latch circuit, the clock driver circuit, and the output circuit includes a plurality of active devices which together output a resulting signal for that circuit based on inputs, is a sub-circuit of the flip flop circuit, and occupies a continuously-bounded area of the flip flop circuit from a plan view. At least a first sub-circuit and a second sub-circuit of the sub-circuits overlap from the plan view in a first overlap region, the first overlap region including part of a first continuously-bounded area for the first sub-circuit and part of a second continuously-bounded area for the second sub-circuit.

A semiconductor device including a standard cell for implementing a logic element includes a first active region and a second active region extending in a second direction on a substrate and spaced apart from each other in a first direction perpendicular to the second direction, gate electrodes intersecting the first active region and the second active region, and source regions and drain regions formed on the first and second active regions at both sides of each of the gate electrodes. A boundary of the standard cell has a polygonal shape, excluding a quadrilateral shape, when viewed in a plan view. As a result, an area of the standard cell may be reduced to reduce a size of the semiconductor device.
