A motor includes a housing, a bearing disposed in the housing, a rotating shaft rotatably coupled to the bearing, an impeller cover disposed on an upper part of the housing, an impeller disposed inside the impeller cover and coupled to the rotating shaft, a magnet coupled to a lower area of the rotating shaft, a stator coupled to the housing and facing the magnet, and a coil wound around the stator. In this case, the impeller includes a body, a plurality of blades formed on an outer peripheral surface of the body, a plurality of grooves concavely formed upward from a lower surface of the body, and a coupling hole formed in a central area of the body and in which the rotating shaft is disposed.

Motor

A motor assembly includes an impeller, a first diffuser at a downstream side of the impeller, a second diffuser at a downstream side of the first diffuser, an impeller cover coupled to the second diffuser and accommodating the impeller and the first diffuser, and a motor provided at the downstream side of the second diffuser to drive the impeller. The second diffuser includes a hub, an outer wall concentrically disposed outside the hub, and a plurality of blades having one side connected to the hub and the other side connected to the outer wall. The impeller cover is coupled to the outer wall of the second diffuser. A communicating portion for allowing fluid communication between inside and outside of the hub of the second diffuser is provided at the hub of the second diffuser.

Motor assembly

An electric motor assembly includes an impeller, a guide vane disposed at a one side of the impeller along an axial direction, a stator disposed at one side of the guide vane along the axial direction, a rotor configured to rotate relative to the stator to thereby rotate the impeller, and a frame disposed at an outside of the stator in a radial direction and coupled to the stator. The frame includes a body that has a cylindrical shape, that is disposed at the outside of the stator, and that defines an air flow path, and a plurality of stator fixing parts that protrude from an inner surface of the body and are coupled to the stator. The plurality of stator fixing parts are inclined with respect to the axial direction.

Electric motor assembly for reducing air flow loss

A drainage pump includes a housing that defines a receiving space configured to receive fluid. The housing defines a suction port configured to introduce fluid into the receiving space, and a first discharge port and a second discharge port that are configured to discharge the fluid in the receiving space to an outside of the housing. The drainage pump further includes an impeller disposed in the receiving space and configured to rotate about a rotation axis to thereby discharge the fluid in the receiving space through the first discharge port or the second discharge port; a first rib that protrudes from an inner circumferential surface of the housing toward a center of the receiving space and that is disposed between the first discharge port and the second discharge port; and a second rib that protrudes from a portion of the first rib toward the center of the receiving space.
