A method for scheduling feature operations on a remote server to modify a behavior of at least one communication device of a plurality of communication devices includes receiving, by the remote server, an entry for at least one feature operation for the at least one communication device of the plurality of communication devices registered with a same extension. The entry includes a scheduled date and a scheduled time for the at least one feature operation. The method also includes processing, by the remote server, entry to determine how to handle an incoming call during the scheduled date and the scheduled time for the at least one feature operation. The method further includes generating, by the remote server, a scheduled feature operation for the entry and modifying, by the remote server, the behavior of the at least one communication device based on the scheduled feature operation.

Systems and methods for scheduling feature activation and deactivation for communication devices in a multiple-device access environment

A method includes storing user information including tying information and a password, wherein the tying information includes a communication address and a device identifier that ties the communication address to a communication device. The method also includes receiving the communication address and password encrypted using a digital certificate associated with the communication device with the digital certificate including the tying information. The method further includes determining that the tying information of the digital certificate matches the stored tying information and determining the encrypted password matches the stored password. The method further includes authenticating the user information for the communication device.

Systems and methods for preventing toll fraud in a SIP environment

In a traditional classroom setting a teacher is present to monitor the student and their behavior. With virtual classrooms becoming more common, and parents often required to be physically present at their jobs or other engagements, students are often home alone. A teacher conducting a virtual class may not notice when a student closes their eyes, leaves, or performs other undesired actions. By providing the students with a full two-way communication with their teacher, the student is presented with a lesson and classroom activities. By providing a parent or other authorized person with a feed signal that excludes children that are not their own, the parent may remotely monitor the student, such as to ensure the student is attentive to their teacher or otherwise not engaged in any undesired activities.

Systems and methods for communication monitoring

The present disclosure provides, among other things, methods including: initiating a conference call with a plurality of participants; receiving a first request to view at least a first screen share of a first participant and a second screen share of a second participant at a first same time on a device of a third participant, where the plurality of participants includes the first participant, the second participant, and the third participant; and displaying the first screen share and the second screen share at the first same time on a display of the device of the third participant.

Screen, video, audio, and text sharing in multiparty video conferences

Electronic conferences often comprise a mixture of on-site and remote participants. A moderator may selectively engage remote participants for full-duplex interactions, such in response to the remote participant 'raising their hand' to signal a question or desire to speak. Systems and methods are provided to enable a moderator to utilize natural speech to be utilized as voice commands, and with no other input, to cause a remote participant to be unmuted, enabling full-duplex for the associated remote terminal, and when the question is done, re-muted and thereby returned to half-duplex.

Automated queuing system and queue management

The system and method store an address of a communication device (e.g., a telephone number). A system access code of a user and a user access code are also stored (e.g., in a profile). The user access code is associated with the system access code. The user access code is used to simplify access to a conference. A call request with the address is received from the communication device to join a conference. In response to receiving the call request to join the conference, a request for a conference access code is sent to the user. The conference access code is received from the user. In response to receiving the conference access code, the conference access code is compared with the user access code. In response to the conference access code and the user access code matching, the user is logged into the conference using the system access code.
