According to one or more embodiments, a display device may include: a display panel; a frame located behind the display panel, and to which the display panel is coupled; a substrate located between the display panel and the frame, fixed to the frame, and extending along a length direction; a plurality of light sources successively mounted on the substrate along the length direction of the substrate; and a lens extending along the length direction of the substrate to cover the plurality of light sources, and fixed to the substrate, wherein the lens may include: a first dome portion which forms an upper surface, and is convex; a second dome portion which forms an upper surface, and is adjacent to the first dome portion; a receiving portion recessed from a lower surface of the lens toward the upper surface, and in which the plurality of light sources are located.

Display device

A display device is disclosed. The display device of the present invention comprises: a display panel; a frame positioned at the back of the display panel; a main optical assembly positioned on the frame between the display panel and the frame; and a side optical assembly positioned on the frame between the display panel and the frame, and positioned adjacent to the main optical assembly, wherein the frame comprises: a bottom forming a lower surface; and a side support extending from the bottom toward one side of the display panel, wherein: the side support is closer to the display panel than the bottom; the main optical assembly is positioned on the bottom; and the side optical assembly can be positioned on the side support.

A backlight unit including a frame having a bottom area and a sidewall area extended from the bottom area; a single substrate located in on the bottom area of the frame, a plurality of optical assemblies being mounted on the single substrate; a reflection sheet located the frame and configured to reflect light emitted by the optical assemblies; and an optical sheet located over the reflection sheet. Further, the reflection sheet a first sheet area corresponding to the bottom area of the frame; a second sheet area corresponding to the sidewall area of the frame; and a cut portion cut from the first sheet at one portion abutting on one side of the single substrate.

A backlight unit and a display device including the same are disclosed. The backlight unit includes a frame including a bottom area and a sidewall area extended from the bottom area, at least one substrate positioned at a front surface of the frame, a plurality of light sources being mounted on the at least one substrate, a reflective sheet positioned at a front surface of the at least one substrate, and an optical sheet positioned at a front surface of the reflective sheet. The reflective sheet includes a first sheet area contacting the bottom area and including a plurality of lens holes, and a second sheet area spaced apart from the bottom area and including a dot area. The dot area includes a first dot area and a second dot area spaced apart from the first dot area.
