The present application provides a battery and an electrical apparatus with good heat dissipation performance. The battery includes: an air-cooling structure including a body and at least one air duct penetrating the body in a first direction; and a plurality of battery cells, wherein the plurality of battery cells are cylindrical, axes of the plurality of battery cells are parallel to the first direction, and the plurality of battery cells are arranged around the air-cooling structure; and the air-cooling structure is configured to discharge heat generated by the plurality of battery cells with air introduced into the air duct.

An outer surface of the box is provided with a groove, and the first connector is disposed in the groove, so that a second connector of a power consumption device is at least partially located in the groove when butted with the first connector. The groove is configured to set the first connector. When electric energy of the battery cell needs to be output, the second connector on the power consumption device is butted with the first connector at the position of the groove, and the second connector is partially or completely located in the groove.

This application provides a battery box, which includes: a heat exchange plate and a lower frame body located on the heat exchange plate. The battery includes a box body, a battery module and a mounting plate, the battery module is disposed in the box body and includes a battery cell arrangement structure and a first end plate, the battery cell arrangement structure includes a plurality of battery cells stacked and is disposed on one side of the battery cell arrangement structure, the first end plate is fixedly connected to the battery cell arrangement structure, the mounting plate is disposed between the first end plate and the box body and is fixedly connected to the box body; the first end plate has a first elastic support part configured to be capable of abutting the mounting plate, being squeezed by the battery cell arrangement structure and deforming when the battery cell arrangement structure expands.

A balance valve, a battery, and a power consumption apparatus are provided in the embodiments of the present application. The balance valve includes a body, a breathable membrane and a gas barrier structure, where the body is provided with a ventilation channel; the breathable membrane is arranged at one end of the ventilation channel; and, the gas barrier structure is arranged at the other end of the ventilation channel, and the gas barrier structure is configured to open the ventilation channel when the gas pressures inside and outside the gas barrier structure are unbalanced, so as to achieve the gas pressure balance between the inside and outside of the gas barrier structure. The balance valve is applicable to a battery, which could achieve a balance of gas pressures inside and outside the battery when there is a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the battery.

The frame includes a body portion, an extension portion, and an opening defined by an inner peripheral face of the body portion. The main body covers the opening of the frame and is connected to the body portion. The battery pack includes a box body, a battery module, a module electrical connection piece, and a first protecting assembly. The battery module is mounted in the box body, and the battery module includes an anti-explosion assembly. The module electrical connection piece is mounted on the battery module. The first protecting assembly is mounted in the box body and is configured to protect the module electrical connection piece when an ejecta discharged from the anti-explosion assembly impacts the module electrical connection piece. The above technical scheme reduces probability of secondary short circuit of the battery pack.

The present application provides a battery pack. The battery pack comprises a case, a cavity structure being provided in the bottom of the case; and a plurality of battery cells, the plurality of battery cells being stacked at the bottom of the case, and an end surface, facing the bottom of the case, of each of the battery cells being provided with an explosion-proof valve, wherein a structural layer, facing the explosion-proof valve, of the bottom of the case is provided with a weak area, and gas in the battery cell during thermal runaway of any battery cell may be collected via the weak area into the cavity structure and then is discharged.

A battery tray and a vehicle include a frame structure including a plurality of frames sequentially connected end to end arranged to be connected to the vehicle, and a base plate structure including an inner base plate and a reinforcing beam, wherein the inner base plate is located on an inner side of the reinforcing beam and arranged for mounting a battery module. The battery tray further includes a reinforcing block, wherein the reinforcing block is connected to a corresponding frame and the reinforcing beam in a matching mode, so as to fixedly connect the reinforcing beam to the frame structure through the reinforcing block. In the battery tray, the strength of the battery tray can be enhanced and a total weight can be decreased only by using the reinforcing block to fixedly connect the reinforcing beam to the frame structure.

The present disclosure provides a battery pack, including: battery modules, wherein two or more of the battery modules are arranged side by side in a first direction; and connecting assemblies, wherein each connecting assembly is connected between adjacent two battery modules, and the connecting assembly includes an elastic connecting member being able to elastically deform in the first direction such that the adjacent two battery modules are elastically connected by the connecting assembly. The elastic connecting member can provide a buffer between the adjacent two battery modules. In the case that one of the adjacent two battery modules suffers a force, the elastic connecting member can absorb a force from this battery module, to prevent the adjacent two battery modules from interacting with each other when suffering the force, and avoid a safety accident caused by the interaction between the two battery modules connected to each other.

The present disclosure provides a battery pack and a device comprising the battery pack, the battery pack comprises a double-layer battery module bracket, an upper-layer battery module, a lower-layer battery module and a supporting mechanism; the double-layer battery module bracket comprises an upper plate; a lower fixing member, an upper fixing member and a fastener; the lower fixing member and the upper plate are configured to enclose a lower accommodating space; the upper fixing member and the upper plate being are configured to enclose an upper accommodating space, a lower portion of the fastener exposed from the lower fixing member is fixed on the supporting mechanism; the upper-layer battery module is accommodated in the upper accommodating space and supported on the upper plate; the lower-layer battery module is accommodated in the lower accommodating space; the supporting mechanism supports the lower-layer battery module and the lower fixing member.
