Provided is a combustion generating device of an internal combustion engine, which is capable of performing very precise flame control through a simple structure which does not need a prechamber and reducing harmful exhaust gas through low-temperature rapid combustion. The combustion generating device includes: an ignition system generating a spark; and an injector generating a mixture by mixing air and fuel and injecting a flame into a combustion chamber, the flame being generated by applying the spark to the mixture.

An engine includes a pre-chamber jet igniter which injects at least one jet combustion flame into the combustion chamber from the outside of the combustion chamber in which the piston reciprocates to generate power so that the injected jet combustion flame is utilized as the source of ignition of the fuel injected into the space in the combustion chamber to drive the explosion stroke such that combustion of the combustion chamber can be maintained reliable by the use of jet combustion flames in the form of large flame kernels, fuel consumption can be remarkably improved and the generation of NOx can be remarkably reduced using rapid cold combustion which is caused by the continuously reliable combustion, and, in particular, it is possible to prevent liquefaction of the air-fuel mixture due to variations in the flow and pressure of the air-fuel mixture flowing in the combustion chamber.

A variable compression ratio (VCR) apparatus, may include a piston, a connecting rod having one end coupled to the piston through a piston pin so as to transmit a motion of the piston to a crank shaft, a pair of first and second eccentric links having one ends eccentrically connected to the one end of the connecting rod through the piston pin, dual swing links having one ends connected to the other ends of the first and second eccentric links, respectively, so as to pivot the eccentric links with respect to the piston pin, and connecting assembly connecting the one ends of the first and second eccentric links each other.

Variable compression ratio apparatus

A variable compression ratio (VCR) apparatus with dual eccentric links is mounted on an engine, receives combustion power of a fuel-air mixture from a piston to rotate a crank shaft and changes a compression ratio of the fuel-air mixture. The VCR apparatus may include a connecting rod having a large end portion formed at one end thereof, which is connected to the crank shaft to receive a torque of the engine, and a small end portion formed at the other end thereof, the small end portion having a coupling hole formed therein, a pair of eccentric links having one ends coupled to the coupling hole from both sides facing each other and integrally rotating, and an eccentric rod connected to the other ends of the eccentric links and rotating within a predetermined angle range. The eccentric rod may be a pair of eccentric rods.

A direct injection injector for an engine includes a body forming the outer structure and having a space therein, a needle inserted to slide linearly in the body and having a hole therein forming a fuel channel, and a cylinder nozzle fitted on needle to communicate with hole and having a nozzle hole for injecting fuel, such that it is possible to prevent caulking in which the nozzle of the injector is clogged with soot while injecting fuel at relatively low pressure, change the spray type of the injected engine in various shapes, and sufficiently decrease the size of droplet of the fuel.

Further, the continuously variable valve lift system is easy and convenient to adjust a clearance of an oscillating cam link, prevent the clearance of the oscillating cam link from being accumulated, and has a convenience of workability in adjusting the clearance in a narrow engine room.
