The invention discloses an organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel sealing agent and oil-based drilling fluid. The sealing agent used for the oil-based drilling fluid is organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel, and the synthetic raw materials of the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel includes molybdenum disulfide, 2-ethyl acrylic acid, N, N-dimethylacrylamide and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide; the drilling fluid includes the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel provided by the invention. The organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is used as a nano sealing agent, the particle size distribution of the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is 50-200 nm, the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel can effectively prevent drilling fluid filtrate from intruding into stratums and prevent accidents such as borehole wall collapse, the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is particularly suitable for nano-sealing of shale stratums, and the preparation method of the organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel is reliable in principle and has a wide market prospect.

Organic-inorganic nanocomposite gel and oil-based drilling fluid

Disclosed are a high-temperature-resistant tertiary amine-grafted silica nano-plugging agent and water-based drilling fluids, relating to oil-gas field drilling. The nano-plugging agent is prepared from a hydrazine compound, a diallyl compound, an enamine compound, silica particle, and an amino-containing silane coupling agent by stepwise reaction. The nano-plugging agent has a grain size of 58-280 nm.

The present invention relates to an experimental device for testing the lubricity in horizontal well drilling with a cuttings bed taken into consideration, which comprises a simulated wellbore with a pulley provided at one end and a hydraulic cylinder fixed and a drill rod mounted at the other end; a cuttings feeding port is arranged above the simulated wellbore; a low end of the simulated wellbore is connected with a liquid return pipeline; the simulated wellbore is provided with an ultrasonic probe and is connected with a rock core holder. The present invention is in line with the actual operating conditions because it not only takes consideration of the friction force between the drill string and the drilling fluid, wellbore wall and slurry cake, but also takes consideration of the friction force between the drill string and the cuttings bed.

Experimental device and experimental method for testing the lubricity in horizontal well drilling with a cuttings bed taken into consideration

The present invention relates to the field of reagents for oil and gas wells, and discloses a plugging agent for improving bearing capacity and a preparation method of the plugging agent, wherein, the plugging agent contains water, bridging granules, packing granules, and a cementing material, and, based on 100 parts by weight of water, the content of the bridging granules is 3-15 parts by weight, the content of the packing granules is 5-23 parts by weight, and the content of the cementing material is 4-11 parts by weight. The plugging agent in the present invention can improve the bearing capacity of the formation during well plugging, is applicable to shielded temporary plugging against serious leakage loss during extra-deep well drilling, has efficient and quick plugging performance, and is especially applicable to plugging against serious leakage loss in a formation where the well depth is greater than 3,000 m and conventional plugging agents can't attain a satisfactory plugging effect.
