A paging method includes, when needing to page a user equipment (UE) according to service requirements, a mobile switching center (MSC) analyzing a user identification if finding that subscriber data are lost at present, judging whether the UE has a possibility of residing in a long term evolution (LTE) network, if yes, finding out one or more mobility management entities (MMEs) which are overlapped with the coverage area of the MSC itself, and sending a paging message for the UE to the MMEs. An MSC includes a first module, a second module, a third module and a fourth module. With the paging method and apparatus provided, the UE in the LTE can be successfully paged under the condition that a visitor location register (VLR) loses the subscriber data and a home location register (HLR) fails to return an MME identification.

The method includes that UE transmits a location updating request to VLRwhere a new LAI is located; VLRreceiving the location updating request transmits a location updating request to a HLR; the HLR receiving the location updating request transmits a location cancellation message carrying an address of VLRto VLRwhere original LAI is located; VLRreceiving the location cancellation message forwards a received non-call service request to VLR; VLRprocesses the received non-call service request, and transmits a processing result to VLR; and VLRtransmits the received processing result to the HLR or a GMLC which transmitted the non-call service request. Thus the interruption of a non-call service can be avoided, and the normal use of UE can be ensured.

Non-call service processing method, apparatus and system in circuit switch fallback system

A method and an apparatus for quickly unloading a terminal are provided. The method comprises: paging a user terminal which is registered in a mobile switch to unload through a wireless access node after the mobile switch to unload receives a command of unloading the user terminal; the mobile switch to unload detecting whether a paging acknowledgement returned from the user terminal is received, if yes, sending a message to notify that the user terminal is to be unloaded, and then releasing the current signaling connection with the user terminal.
