The display device includes: a plurality of display units, each display unit including one or more pixels; and a plurality of elastically stretchable stretching units respectively connected among the plurality of display units and forming elastic connection points with the display units, the stretching units and the plurality of display units forming a net-shaped distribution structure, wherein in a state that the display device is not under tension, a connection lines between the elastic connection points at both ends of the stretching unit are not parallel to a normal of the display units connected with at least one end of the stretching unit at the elastic connection points.

Display device and method for manufacturing the same

Provided are a display assembly and a display device. The display assembly includes a flexible display panel comprising a stretchable display area, a breakable area and a bonding area connected in sequence; a first support film on a side of the stretchable display area; and a second support film on a side of the bonding area, the second support film and the first support film being on a same side of the flexible display panel. An elongation of the first support film is greater than an elongation of the second support film, and a hardness of the first support film is less than a hardness of the second support film.

The stretchable display substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of opening patterns being distributed on the base substrate, a plurality of bridges being formed between adjacent ones of at least a part of opening patterns in the plurality of opening patterns to define islands; a plurality of display units, at least one display unit being arranged on each island; a plurality of wiring units each coupled between the display units on the islands and arranged on the bridge; and a thin film encapsulation layer including a first encapsulation portion covering a side of each display unit away from the base substrate and a second encapsulation portion at least covering a side of each display unit adjacent to the opening pattern. Each of at least a part of opening patterns has different opening sizes at a side of the base substrate adjacent to the display unit and a side of the base substrate away from the display unit, and the opening pattern has at least one step-like structure at a side adjacent to the island. According to the present disclosure, it is able to improve the reliability of a display element.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes a substrate, and a plurality of pixel units on the substrate. The pixel units are arranged in an array, and two adjacent columns of pixel units are spaced apart from each other to form an interval area. Each pixel unit includes a pixel defining layer and sub-pixels, and the sub-pixels are in pixel areas defined by the pixel defining layer. Cathodes of all sub-pixels in one column of pixel units are connected as one single piece.

The display substrate motherboard includes a base substrate, first barrier groups disposed on the base substrate, an inert material layer and a first inorganic insulating layer. The inert material layer is disposed in the region. The first inorganic insulating layer is disposed on a side of the first barrier groups away from the base substrate, and is further located in the display areas. An orthogonal projection of the first inorganic insulating layer on the base substrate is non-overlapping with an orthogonal projection of the inert material layer on the base substrate.
