A reconfigurable MBIST method based on an adaptive March algorithm is provided. The reconfigurable MBIST method automatically reconfigures different algorithm circuits according to external environment and user instructions to satisfy detection requirements for different faults. The provided adaptive March algorithm is capable of adaptively reorganizing algorithms with different complexities, such that dynamic adjustments can be executed between time complexities of the algorithm and fault coverage rates to achieve a good balance, and the static fault coverage rates are high, thereby effectively improving dynamic fault coverage rates.

Reconfigurable MBIST method based on adaptive march algorithm

A method for predicting the fluctuation of circuit path delay on the basis of machine learning, comprising the following steps: S1: selecting suitable sample characteristics by means of analyzing the relationship between circuit characteristics and path delay; S2: generating a random path by means of enumerating values of randomized parameters, acquiring the maximum path delay by means of performing Monte Carlo simulation on the random path, selecting a reliable path by means of the 3σ standard, and using the sample characteristics and path delay of the reliable path as a sample set (D); S3: establishing a path delay prediction model, and adjusting parameters of the model; S4: verifying the precision and stability of the path delay prediction model; S5: obtaining the path delay. The method for predicting the fluctuation of circuit path delay on the basis of machine learning has the advantages of high precision and low running time, thereby having remarkable advantages in the accuracy and efficiency of timing analysis.

Method for predicting fluctuation of circuit path delay on basis of machine learning

The present disclosure discloses a method for extracting parasitic capacitance of interconnection lines of an integrated circuit based on discontinuous Galerkin finite element method. The method includes: dividing non-uniform rectangular grids according to the distribution situation of conductors; determining whether the rectangular grids are boundary cell grids, and marking global numbers and numbers to be solved in sequence; initializing degree of freedom values of all rectangular grids; traversing all rectangular grids, obtaining a linear system of equations, and computing potential function degrees of freedom of all rectangular grids; obtaining an electric field strength function degree of freedom of each cell according to the potential function degree of freedom of each rectangular grid; and dividing a Gaussian surface of each conductor, performing integration of the determined electric field strength function on the Gaussian surface to obtain electric charge, and finally, obtaining main conductor capacitance and coupling capacitance.

Method for extracting parasitic capacitance of interconnection lines of integrated circuit based on discontinuous Galerkin finite element method

A visible light band reflection metasurface device and a reflected light wavelength modulation method. The device successively includes, from top to bottom, a metal metasurface layer with periodically arranged antenna units, a modulation layer formed by an electro-optic material, a metal reflection layer and a substrate layer; the antenna unit period is less than the incident wavelength, and the thickness is greater than the skin depth of metal and less than 100 nm; the thickness of the modulation layer is less than the wavelength of the incident light; and the thickness of the metal reflection layer is greater than the skin depth of metal and less than the wavelength of the incident light; and an external voltage source can modulate the color of the reflected light, and can achieve voltage modulation of the color of reflected light in the visible light band.
